But if you're asking for more nudity in BioWare games, it seems unfair to deny those of us who want nude Turians. I mean, we got naked Asari and Angara. Where's the equality? Is a naked bird dinosaur with an exoskeleton any weirder than a naked catsquid? (I mean, naked Quarians are out for obvious reasons and the only Drell we might have seen naked is dead, and the various other species aren't romanceable so far. But naked Turians seem entirely in keeping with previous Mass Effect content.) |

(Possibly they would change their minds if there were ever a ME5, but at this point I suspect they've concluded that any unsuited Quarian design can only produce disappointment from the fanbase.) |

As for whom they will be available to. Aaron: I can see him being available to men and women. Bioware knows how popular a request a KISA is, especially for a same-sex relationship, so it might be Aaron. I can’t recall him expressing interest in only one sex. Vaea: This is more a hope than a guess, but I would like her to be an non-sexual love interest for men and women. It would be nice to have a canon asexual or demisexual character, and she has never shown any interest in either sex so far. Marius: I see him being an option for women, since he has shown interest in Calpernia and if Aaron is the bi option then that leaves him being the straight option. Though Aaron could be available only to men and Marius available to both. Tessa: I see her as being available to women. I know she is in a relationship with Charter, but I can see them being an opportunity for Bioware to do a polyamorous relationship since they have said in the past that if they do it would have to be with an established couple otherwise it is a nightmare to program. |

I can see how that'd be hell on the developers, and while I would have liked to see a less restricted version of a poly romance - just to see how they'd do it - having the couple be together already makes a lot of sense. The only other way I could see them doing it would be if two companions are specifically coded to be available for poly, like in Jade Empire. |

It's always fascinating to hear how the technical side of these things work out. Having a poly romance with an already established relationship is a really clever way to solve that resource problem. I'll hope she is for you. Vaea seems interesting, and if she's a romance option, she'll probably be who I go for. Her being ace would add something new, and give a bit more representation. |

They are established characters from stories that have noncanon possibilities (chargers, sutherland's band), so they should only appear as npcs, in a minor-major sidequest/s. Definitely not as a LIs and both pair is a package deal so they can't be companions. 4 from the usual 6-9 pool? Nah, give us new faces! Aaron's issues were resolved in the comics and since the BW protagonists are glorified shrinks there's not much left for him in the game. Marius is basically Fenris 2.0 Part of me would like to see both ladies (especially since it's time we get some chocolate love, Izzy was a long time ago and she's the best) but neither of them seem to be a fit for this 'save tevinter, stop ancient gods' plot. Vaea would take up the 'elf slot' which is likely reserved for a freed/still slave or an undercover Fenny agent dalish. As for Tess my main issue with her is the 'canon' status, her inclusion could easily lock out Charter (although that 'relationship' seemed like a onetime thing that left an impression, one big enough to get her a rescue mission). Charter has the potential to be the best DA4 character. She can be a LI, a companion, have story importance as a double-triple-more agent (inquisiton/Leli, Fenny, new protagonist). I prefer her to the non-game characters. Also just imagine the easter egg banters with her and Harding (should she return too).  |
