Any chance you upload a video for each map Doc (no time pressure, if you could just think about pressing the "record button" when you normally play on it, that would be great) ? I would really appreciate to see gameplays on those new locations (as all other consolers I guess)... Actually I have recorded all the maps. Even one platinum game on Mars. So I'll be uploading them regularly. Unfortunately my upload speed is pathetic, so I can send only one video per day (still haven't upgraded it). For now I have Mars ready to go and I'm currently uploading Sanctuary N7 Day - Redemption DLC playlistOh, and I suggest to use more mustard. Console ketchup isn't that great as you can see The truth is out there..I won't be posting every single run here. If anyone is interested, feel free to click on that playlist link

You double killed Phantoms? And what else hmmm? Maybe you're going to tell me that you killed them with double headshot as well? Pffft.... no one is gonna believe that. And I certainly wasn't impressed by that! And I'm sure as hell I didn't write in console "WOW" or something like that Sorry man, pics or didn't happen Sorry Vas, I didn't record that game But our trip to THE BEACH was amazing. Yesterday we visited it too. This time with better result haha

This time with better result haha Sorry I can't provide any evidence either though it seems likely, given the way you guys were able to handle the phantrolls without my AA stasis. Too busy derping around to pay attention But the beach, the beach... The view is to die for (Specially when you're out of both gels and ops packs )

Sanctuary's devices, targets and hack were all good and that long open LZ that Lars mentioned. The wave 10 hack I got was in a pretty tough spot on the stairway from / towards it, but luckily I've been bronzing it. Couldn't find any grenades on this map at all. Good amount of clips though, but I was using a Lancer after I had ammo woes with my Harrier on the previous mission (Shipwreck). Forgot all about my trusty human soldier requiring grenades before departing, since the plan was to look for ammo dumps and not want them. Had targets, hack and pizzas at Keelah. The hack was in the "hall-way of death". I was dreading it at first sight, but luckily that cap circle stretches just outside the hall-way, otherwise it would have been a nightmare. Not sure if you were sober when you you were doing that map, Mgamerz or you just couldn't make the circle smaller, but that hall-way turned into a Cerberus slaughterhouse, since I could cap from where I am in the picture. No one seemed to be flanking or spawning behind me while I was in that area. Just full steam ahead towards me through the valley of death. Even the Atlases were joining in and getting stuck in there. This is one of the best maps and definitely deserves a little tweak to the hall-way. I've also gotta say, Mgamerz, fantastic work with your mod manager! I was expecting to have to look for a readme file to do this, but 4 obvious mouse clicks through Restore->Custom DLC Manager and I'm back on the pub scene for a bit of teamwork at the classic locations. It's better than Origin TM! Thanks for the offer to team up on Discord too. I always prefer to play this game with a team, so I might stop by some time and see what's up.

While "a little tweak" to the Rannoch center area sounds easy, in practice that is a huge set of work. I can move the frames stuff easily. Make it wide enough for fatlas. But the cover system, lighting, and other things are much more difficult. Many enemies don't flank because they see the tunnel as the fastest way through. I can probably add some more spawn points.
Sanctuary grenades are missing, yes. There was an issue right before launch with them crashing the game so they were removed. I will be reinstating them new update.
Rannoch has some off host grenade and ammo sync issues. I'm hoping to work that out in the next update but I have no idea if replication of stuff like this is actually fixable. The off host largeclimb mantles I added are very obvious issues, where brutes and atlases will practically teleport across the map and then resync.

Bumped into these guys pugging some more Redemption. No lag, fun kits were chosen, melees exchanged between waves and all did their part on objectives. Highly recommended.

Ok, so I have been having a modding failure.
I installed Redemption to my ModManager, and initially it was installed side-by-side with my Super Basic 2 mod. That mod is added unfinished MP maps, some mixins added like boss head-gibs and modded Objectives because I suck at soloing Devices.
With both mods installed, I was unable to enter any of the Redemption maps - I would choose them in the Mission Options, and then they would default to one of the unfinished maps.
Not sure if this is a bug, an limitation on number of maps available, or if I just had a jacked up install.
Anyways, it got me to use the bioinput.xml override moving forward, which is a better keybinding solution than using a mix of coalesced edits and mouse software.
Not really a bug report, per se, since I don't really know what was going on, but this seemed like the place to mention it.

Modmaker maps will conflict with this mod - the next update will fix this.
Current known bugs list: - Atrium can sometimes skip a wave on bad objective (fixed in 1.02) - Shipwreck can sometimes skip a wave on bad objective (fixed in 1.02) - ModMaker mods with extra maps will break the ability to load redemption maps (fixed in 1.02) - Newly placed (as in, not in SP) special nodes do not replicate to clients, e.g. brute or atlas climbing over stuff will lead to them doing a huge desync until the action is completed. This means enemies will teleport during this step off host. this might not be fixable - Mars area above dropdown can have enemy stuck up there if a whole cluster spawns (will need testing in 1.02) - General pathfinding issues on other maps where bosses can't move very well - Grenades missing on sanctuary (Fixed in 1.02)
Other changes in 1.02 (not yet out): - Escort drone on shipwreck is improved going over the dip in the floor. - Enemies on the ramp in the hole shouldn't bob up and down as much - Shipwreck objectives have been overhauled - Many new spawnpoints (and some evil new turret points :>) on keelah - Mars spawnpoint up above has been moved closer to the main area in hopes that enemies won't stand still up there - Pathfinding updates on rannoch should allow bosses the ability to move a bit better (it'll still have many problems.) - Pathfinding updates on grissom should allow bosses the ability to move a bit better (it'll still have many problems.) - Light pathfinding updates on mars - More ammo will respawn on rannoch. I am letting it use the default timer (20s, same as condor) as there is a lot of ammo on this map. Modmaker's ammo respawn time dynamic mixin will affect this if you use it.
Planned updates for 1.03: - Disarm objectives upstairs (since I now know how to prevent escort drones trying to go from bottom to top floors)

Went straight to Mars after updating for some more solo trials. Had one Guardian still up near the insertion point at the end one of the waves. As the last man standing icon appeared, he was walking up to the railing and was easily dealt with. Wave 6, second device, recurring turret... This got really messy.

Yes I am aware of the upper spawn point spawning enemies that shouldn't be up there. I have fixed that on my current version right now. I am working on removing some of the railing so enemies have an easier time getting down. While I was waiting for some testers I worked on rannoch and the pathfinding for bosses has been greatly improved. It is significantly more natural now but there will be some enemies clipping a bit.

Brutes and stuff can do some wild stuff like charge right over the middle wall sometimes. Bosses should have a much easier time moving around. Edit: this version needs rannoch ammo fixed (i didn't hit save).

Version 1.03 is now available. It's a small update from 1.02, but I didn't want my testers to not see an update. Should be much better quality. Biggest changes you will see are on Atrium and Keelah, while there are changes on Shipwreck and Mars. Sanctuary and Rannoch ammo/grenades are fixed now.

Hello Keelah, my old friend, I've come to solo you again! Had a blast! Pizzas, Escorts x2 all good. Had a mad battle to get to the drone on wave 10. Big guys spawned right near it and gave me a good run for my money. Plus the turrets from the previous wave that I originally neglected in favour of heading straight to the drone before I realized what was there. Also re-enacted my original extraction plan on wave 11 and got a pic of the Atlas smashing* through the hall-way. *During this moment, I could only imagine destructible environments with chunks of hall-way crashing down This map is certainly a lot more exciting and a lot of fun. Fantastic work!

I just wanted to see if it's doable to play these two dlcs at the same time without crashing the game. I'm glad to say it is No problems at all. Me and Vas even did a nice duo, which I recorded. So I will try to upload it, at least it could be more interesting for those who do not want to see Reegar For now my maps ranking looks like this: 1. Rannoch (after 1.03 update) 2. Shipwreck 3. Grissom Academy 4. Cronos (there's still the biggest potential to make great this map) 5-6. Mars and Sanctuary (As much as I love the atmosphere on them, they are too narrow and long for my taste). However with full team they can be fun too

I plan on modifying grissom a bit, adding a second LZ on the other side as retreival is a bit boring.
Cronos will have an upstairs set of devices. I need to figure out how to remove that invisible impact wall where the fighter comes up.
