Wow, a lot seemed to have happened here after I made my last post.

Regarding the argument, I think what happened here is that dragon didn't fully understand adonniel's reasoning in her vote for her, and said her logic didn't make any sense. Adonniel increasingly became slighted against over the manner in which dragon was discussing this with her and it pretty much went downhill from there.

Also I want to point out that although dragon did tell adonniel she was missing the point of the game by thinking it's unreasonable to question her logic, I did not catch her say that adonniel lacks common sense.

I think what needs to happen here is some sort of compromise from the both of you. Dragon, it's perfectly alright to question someone's reasoning during this game, as long as it isn't too overly critical. Unfortunately, when questioning someone, anyone can easily get overly critical, and when that happens, the person will get justifiably offended.

Adonniel, it's alright to feel slighted against when the discussion you're having is taking a turn for the worse. But when emotions start to bubble over, it's better to disengage and think about what the other party was trying to say. You've said that dragon told you that you didn't have common sense, but this isn't what she said. She did say that your reasonings didn't make much sense to her and that you were missing the point of the game. The way she said it could have been better, and I do believe she went a bit overly critical when she stated you were missing the point of the game, but I don't believe she was trying to imply that you had zero common sense. She just didn't understand your reasoning behind your vote.

I can understand how dragon easily crossed the line during this discussion and I understand how this can happen without any ill-mannered intention behind it. It sort of happened to me during the last game with romice. And for that, sorry romice! At the same time, I can understand how adonniel felt offended, because I received criticism about my reasonings during that same last game and I felt pretty slighted against. Although my case was different than this one since it was due to them thinking I was a spy and not because they didn't understand my reasonings.

So I just hope you two can see what the other is coming from and reach some sort of truce or compromise that doesn't involve anyone leaving. Tensions will run high during these games, but we have to be able talk things over with one another or try to disengage so things don't go too far.

As far as the game, I'll discuss my suspicions and such as soon as things calm down a bit.

Agreed, things in this game can get heated, as we are all basically throwing accusations at each other as part of the game. It's easy both to unintentionally cross the line and to interpret a well meaning criticism as a personal offence. And we all know how things can spiral from there

That said pela, I have no hard feelings after that Skyhold game. We both were convinced the other had to be the spy, so there was no way to change the other's opinion.

Sorry guys, I get that and I can't say I've never been harsh either, but I admit I was wrong and I'm sorry for those times rather than claiming you've made up all insults and simply re-wording the argument point. There are two components, the message itself and your disposition towards another person.

You can say to someone, 'Hey you can use improvement here and here, but these other are good points.'

And you can say, 'You just sucked and failed at everything.'

Both of these carry across the same message, but the second is rude. In the second case the person you're addressing is not going to see the message that they can improve on something, they'll see that they just got called a moron whatever your other information was.

I agree about Dragon. I hope she comes back, and I hope we can all take accusations and votes in the manner they were intended, as part of the game, not as personal insults, from now on.

Sorry Cati, I'm one of the people who voted you off in round 1 in favour of saving Moon, so I do feel bad about it, but if you have Dragon's role then I still think it's the evil one, so I'm going to have to cast the vote at you again.

As I said before things escalated, space and Moonae are good in my book, the rest is suspicious.
And I don't find dragon/Cati/Javik more suspicious than the rest, because Javiks talent comes with a big downside and I'm not sure, if I would have used it so soon. Sure, Liara could have had time for one more investigation, but she would certainly have been killed the next night along with another character. And the spies could have convinced people to vote another hero out, if they are good. So in this case, I did throw a dice, since this round already did take so long. I assigned the numbers like this: 1= pela, 2= adonniel, 3=romice, 4= Cati/dragon

The dice said 2, so my vote goes to adonniel

I want to emphasize, that I find all four equal suspicious, so I don't want to create a bandwagon here, I just had no other way to cast my vote.
Adonniel: I'm willing to change the vote, if you have good arguments

It's not like we had Leliana telling us he was good though. that was all our assumptions.

We are assuming a bit about moon but she did show by using an ability the she is on the good side.

My vote is Adonniel.
