[Day/Night Game] Trouble on the Citadel - round "LE Part 2: Why Cerberus Is Right For You"

Well, don't get carried away by the images. 

XCom 2 is a turn base tactical game. You direct a squad, which can be increased in size once you upgrade certain facilities in the base, on missions. What class should you take, what should be equipped, how would you place the soldiers on the operating field. It matters if you want the squad to survive. Of course there is the save and reload option but sometimes, you make that one wrong deployment. No matter how many times you reload and try to maneuver out of it, you're just going to lose some people. There is a feature that renders decisions permanent, no reloading. 

It's also not a game for those who don't like timers. This sequel comes with a timer unlike the first one. As the story progresses, certain actions must be carried out or the bad guys win. Or you can gamble and hedge and try to judge how much you can get away with and still win. 

For me, I don't like timers so I turned off certain numbers in the config so I can play the game in peace. I don't need my XO telling me the bad guys are progressing such and such and that I must do this and that action.   

I heard you could mod out the timers. If I get the game, I'll do that. Hate being rushed

I'm not entirely sure who to vote for... Still a guessing game at this point. Btw, speaking of reporters- I"m cackling at the idea of Khalisah al-Jilani being a character/and or villian in one of these games. I assume her power would incorporate snide insinuations and/or disingenuous assertions lmao.

Why not the Evil Clone? impersonating Diane is an odd choice, but I don't see a rule against it.

That seems as likely as anything, I suppose.

The villains know which roles are not in play and if they want cover they might impersonate a role since no one will tell them 'no I'm this role, you're evil.' I'm disinclined to think there is Diana in this game, so, if someone claims Diana I'm likely to suspect they're spies faking inno.

That's an interesting point what if the evil clone chooses a role not in play, are they informed or they spend a round pretending a role not in play?
