[Day/Night Game] Trouble on the Citadel - round "LE Part 2: Why Cerberus Is Right For You"

I thought I would give a short resume of my experienced as the "not-so" Evil Clone. I was really learning on the job on this one.

I started by opting to be Kasumi. This would have been great as Kasumi was in the game. Even better "Diana" Space chose Fylimar as the target of his fake news. However, this meant Fylimar had to start dropping obvious hints as to who she was and meanwhile Adonniel seemed to regard me as an immediate target of suspicion so I had a feeling that pushing my identity of Kasumi would actually work against me, so I decided to simply fight my corner and wait for the next day.

Day two I opted for Garrus as Kasumi had used her ability in the night. Unfortunately I thought Serza was Garrus, which I thought might make things easier as he was also a target for suspicion. Then it became clear that Adonniel was Garrus, absolutely the worst person to have chosen as a target. I was kicking myself later on that I hadn't chosen Liara bearing in mind what Wrex did, although by now I had been pretty much outed as the Evil Clone.

Day three I swapped from Garrus to Javik on the off-chance that Dadi would get voted off. I've since been told that even though Dadi was a Cerberus Agent I would have become Javik if Dadi hadn't been the last agent to be eliminated. I thought Romice was Legion and was hoping that she might deflect the votes to Javik, although to be honest Space/Diana did seem the more likely target. So whilst I was still aiming at Javik on Day 4, as Dadi was the last agent to be eliminated, it was not possible for me to assume the role.

If you get to be the Clone the next game I'd recommend opting for imitating a character who has to stay under the radar and is not able to shoot you in the night if they aren't voted off. Best roles would seem to be Liara; Kasumi; Javik; Miranda provided they haven't used their ability early on. Some roles need to stay "hidden" so the agents will not indoctrinate them so pushing people into giving too many clues that reveal their identity is not helpful. This also applies to Legion but obviously he is never going to be voted off so does not have to worry about making a defence in order to prevent this.

Just to clarify on the matter, the hint you give is meant to be as to the role you are imitating, not that you are the Evil Clone. So, yes, if you are targeting an alien you can say "I am an alien".
