Conrad Verner: once per game during the day cycle, may scramble all players' votes so that a player of Conrad's choice gets 0 votes. Conrad may NOT save himself this way. Each player's vote will be randomly re-assigned to one of the other players, and one of each player's vote-changes will be used. Players who still have vote changes remaining may change their votes after the rescramble, including to the player Conrad protected. The player with the most votes after the scrambling and any vote changes will be eliminated.

Sure, Conrad could end up with the most votes that way I would think he'd activate it via PM with you rather than outing himself, like Legion is technically supposed to do.

"Shepard"

Jane Shepard woke from a deep and pleasant sleep to answer the vidcall. Looking groggily at the view screen she saw Baileys concerned face peering back. "Commander Bailey. To what do I owe the pleasure?"

"Shepard, the annual CSec charity ball was last night..."

"Oh.. right.." Shepard rubbed her neck and glanced at her bed-mate. "I was totally going to attend that but I got tied up.."

"Never mind that!" Bailey responded hastily. "We've got a problem. This clown, an old friend of yours, I understand, Conrad Verner.. "

Shepards eyes rolled. "What did he do this time?"

"He volunteered to provide party favours for the event. Every table got a few. Small baubles, no big deal. Only it was. Some of the gifts were actually hidden reaper artifacts. Shepard, half the attendees got indoctrinated. We rounded most of them up, but a few escaped."

"What!?" Shepard sighed. "What a mess. You need my help rounding them up, I take it."

"It gets worse, Shepard. Unlike you, some of your crew did attend."

"Bailey." a feeling of dread settled in the pit of Shepards stomach. "What are you saying?"

Bailey sighed. "Yes, I'm afraid some of your crew might have turned as well. Many of them stuck around to help clean up, but a few disappeared. No, I can't tell you which ones."

"How many, Bailey?"

"I don't—"

"HOW MANY?"

"Two? Three? Four tops. I can confirm Vega, Thane, Mordin, Jack, Jacob and Samara are fine, however."

"Great. just great. This is worse than that dream I had that I was a man." Shepard sighed.

"Riiight. I'll leave you to that." Bailey ended the vidcall.

"This is bullshit Shepard. How do you know Bailey is even telling the truth?"

"We have to act like its real, Jack." Shepard looked at her assembled team. "We have to carefully investigate each one, rule out indoctrination, look for odd behaviour. Understand?"

"I will modify Miranda's cure. " Mordin added. "Once we identify them, it should be simple to reverse it."

"Heavy risk.. but..." Jacob started, but stopped at Shepards look.

"Great. Get to it people, and watch out. I dont need any of you indoctrinated."

"Fine, " Jack said, a devilish grin crossing her face. "I'll start with the Cheerleader."
