Morning War 101 for Adonniel:

Quarians wanted a workforce for dangerous and tedious jobs. They created a virtual intelligence known as the Geth (Khelish - their language - for "Servant of the People"). But they kept adding and adding to the programming.

The Geth basically work like this: Single platform is stupid. Multiple platforms in close proximity however can share processing power for menial tasks (think of it as wifi on steroids, or a proximity-limited hivemind). Eventually, so many platforms at high enough programming levels were linked that a Geth Platform asked its Quarian overseer the questions of "Who am I?" and "What is my purpose?" There's also a question of "Does this unit have a soul?" that plays a fairly large role in the games.

This of course prompted panic among the Quarians. Geth were made to be servants. Obedient and expedient. As they were programs, they could also "evacuate" a platform upon destruction. Many such programs usually inhabit a single Platform (I think Legion himself is actually an advanced Infiltration platform with over a thousand programs on board - it's definitely and odd number), and they do not act unless a consensus is reached. This also applies to the larger Geth community. They work towards consensus for an action.

So when they started asking questions about their existence, it prompted the Quarians to try and disable them. Forcefully. The Geth defended themselves, and it ended in a forced evacuation of Rannoch ("Walled Garden", Quarian homeworld) by the "Creators", which is what the Geth refer to the Quarians with. Tali herself is called "Creator Tali'Zorah" by Legion a few times.

That was in the 1880s by human years. The Quarians have been aboard the Migrant Fleet - a rag tag group of Quarian vessels, either from before the Morning War, or acquired by various means throughout the three centuries - ever since. Some fifty thousand vessels harboring aproximately seventeen million lives (as of 2186, thank you, Tali).

To give Dragon more work I pointlessly change my vote from gervaise21 to romice hence the others appear to claim inno roles, even if those claims need to be thoroughly investigated - especially Legion/Tali duo since one doesn't go without another.

Space It certainly helped me make more sense as to who gerva might be.

I'm tempted to follow suit, but since your change gives Gervais breathing room, there isn't much need. I'm not entirely convinced of anyone's roles yet. Including yours.

Well, yes, but I wouldnt want to give that person away either if that were the case.  but for you, I havent seen any hints so no idea what role you might be. Anyone left could be a spy after all.

If you have Tali and Wrex in the squad during one point of Citadel DLC, Tali calls Wrex the "crazy headbutting uncle she never had". Wrex retaliates by caring for her wellbeing by asking her whether she still remember "the fast reloading trick he showed her."
