This is so weird. Did you check if your friend's copy has "Fair-Weather Friends" trial enabled? Or is this an issue with a single companion/specific choices? We tried reloading a slightly older save, and now it works! But it was so weird, it happened with all characters except Sera (who approved even when perhaps she shouldn't...). Ah well, all's well that ends well!  |

Solas' actual words are "So Mythal endures." That's not as cut and dry as "Mythal lives" to me. It could mean "Huh, look at that, Mythal's well stll exists, even though the other Evanuris' followers destroyed the rest of her temple" or "Neat, a small group of my people still worships her the way she used to be worshipped," or something else entirely. True, but whenever we hear ancient beings use the word 'endure' it usually means 'survive' or 'persist'. |

I'm always somewhat amused when people draw Solas and Lavellan getting intimate in the Rotunda. Because, like, everyone in the library and in the rookery can see and hear them. I guess some people find that attractive - because it's difficult to argue that it's hard to notice that the rotunda is an open space everybody on balconies can observe  And yea, I can't see my Lavellan being very intimate in the rotunda; a place that is ostensibly for work and research. She and Solas would, however, occasionally flirt and use double entendres so shamelessly it would make Dorian groan  |

Lol me too ... although, let's face it ... a lot of sexy times between inquisitors and their chosen LI happens in somewhat inappropriate places. Blackwall in the stables; no stable hands around there right? Cullen on his desk in his office - ok normally I'd think an office would be private enough except his office has THREE doors *and* it's a connector for the parapets. In banter if you have Cole and romancing Iron Bull you find out they have fun in the war room ... on the war table. Although I guess it's kind of a hold over from DAO ... where the sexy times happened in camp ... like in full view, not even in a tent. |

You know, of all of the Inquisitor pairings I'm surprised it wasn't Sera who who wanted to have sex in inappropriate places ... like on the roof outside her window or on Cullen's desk or in the rotunda ... because let's face it Sera would be all for doing that and then telling Cullen or Solas just to make them go "Ugh!". Side note: I don't think I could ever play an Inquisitor who romances Sera mostly because I think she and Dagna are just too cute. Same with Dorian and Iron Bull. |

To me, it's more like his love for his daughter is tragically overwhelmed by the indoctrination of Orzammar culture. Well, that's what I mean. If someone IRL used similar cultural justifications for cutting off their kid I'd still call them a prick. Didn't mean to imply that it was any kind of justification, just that it isn't so black and white. Also, with nuance there is the possibility of redemption, rather than simply writing him off. |

Yep, and since a romanced Inquisitor is the only other person she gives a cutesy nickname to and doodles about in her journal, it's implied that they've been spending time together. Yea, given that Dagna gets the same treatment in Sera's personal notes as Inquisitor the implication is that she cares for her as much as for romanced Inky. It's been 2 years. That's more time than Inquisitor has to fall in love and spend time with their chosen LIs in the main game (even if we stretch the timeline there to last almost 2 years). But I have to wonder whether that romance has been set up for more than it being cute and cutely ironic (Sera, the magic-phobe falls in love in a dwarf who loves this stuff  ). I know that Dagna may not be invited to Inquisition, but we know that she's established contact with it, which may prove useful later (*cough*prosthetic for Inquisitor*cough*). That would also provide a decent reason for Sera to stick around Inquisition if she was to show up - even if for a small part - in the next title, but didn't have enough approval to do it for Inquisitor (or Vivienne was Divine, as she didn't promise a favor to her as she did to Cass or Leli). |
