I hope they do, but still... what's this about hate? Look up twitter/reddit if you aren't averse to toxic takes. I like DA content, so my feed is filled with tweets on the subject. Just the other days I've seen takes like "solavellans are a bunch of white trade wifes", we are spoiling solas for others, we are too obnoxious to think romance with him will have extra content. we have the main character syndrome and wastly overestimate Lavellan's influence on Solas etc.etc.  Dark Horse’s Thedas Map is out, with high res pictures of the map. I do not like how Dread Wolf is depicted. I worry for him being blighted/badly hurt/dying  Pictures:

Not because it's a possible love interest for Solas beyond Lavellan, but because it's Mythal. There is a sense of grooming I can't shake off about this pairing, with the way how Solas and Cole talked about her.
As for the Codex, I really really wish we don't get one version that can be interpreted in both way. Then it just feels like Lavellan is substitute for Mythal. I'd rather have this entry be about Methal only in this case. We deserve better than this.
I want to believe Solas when he said "You are unique. In all Thedas, I never expected to find someone who can draw my attention from the Fade.". Of course he likely entered many romantic relationships over the spawn of his long life, but I don't want to paint what he had with Lavellan as something borne out of convenience or being too lonely.

In any case, I don't want one entry for all. That's just lazy. That could be explained simply by the fact that the room, and it's locking mechanism, was built LONG before Solas ever met Lavellan. But yes, time will tell.
