So today my focus is about the CC: Two points: First of all I do want 'body sliders'. I don't know how...detailed...they can afford to make them but I have always wanted to mess with the full range of...attributes...on my characters. Second I want to be able to have multiple hair colors present, like mostly black but with strikes of gray or white...for instance...they did it for eyes both in Andromeda and DAI, why not hair? While due to things like animations I can't see them having an extensive body slider system, I can see where they could have say a few preset body types for someone to choose from, so if someone wanted their character to be lithe or muscular there would be those options. As for hair color, yeah I'm surprised they haven't used the color wheel to allow us to choose whatever colors we want since they have used it for other things like eye color or makeup. While I like the idea of body sliders too, I can only imagine what a nightmare it'd be to implement. Especially in a game that already has multiple races. The various animation issues being the biggest, but things like high fidelity clothing & armor textures are going to be a problem too. You don't notice stretching too much in low(ish) res texture games, but it's really apparent in high res gear with lots of detail.

I hate the color wheels. The CC view isn't close up/detailed enough for me to actually SEE what color is changing or where, so unless I make something ridiculously neon bright, I can't tell what the hell I just did.
Also, please have female devs (or any people who actually WEAR makeup) design the makeup options. They are 90% of the time terrible.

I often do that. Go to the extremes of the CC to see what they do so then start editing it towards what I like.

Throwing a gay male elf to my wishlist. If only to compensate the fact that Zevran was supposed to be gay and Solas' bi path wasn't done in the end. Make the gayest goddamn male elf please.
It won't happen, but I'd also like to maybe combine classes/subclasses, and open the class building more. If there's something that reaaaallly kills the whole RPG aspect is that the classes and specializations are kind of boring and limited, and just don't make the characters feel unique combat/build-wise. I really hope they double down on building your character. DA:I was the absolute worst!

They could probably come up with some sort of plot justification for giving the PC access to abilities across all three classes. Also, why stop at elves? I want a gay male for every single race in Thedas, including werewolves. Ooh, and a Golem!

'' That's so limiting! They need to do SOMETHING new with the class and leveling system. Maybe I want to be a stealthy knight-enchanter dagger throwing fire breathing abomination! I don't know, just want a little more roleplaying in my combat and class system. Maybe even make all of the current specializations and talents and make them into their unique classes? Yea I would love gay all races but elves have been romanceable since the first game while qunari romances were just introduced and dwarves haven't been introduced at all outside of a insignificant flirty flingy-thingy. On that note, a gay elf I think, should be a priority for DA4. Funnily enough, male or female elves who are exclusively into men, haven't been introduced to the series yet, as a companion anyway.

Also, would not mind having more specializations like that, such as mage-assassins, or bring back spirit warriors.

You know what the number one thing on my Dragon Age 4 wishlist is...
DRAGON AGE 4!
I want it, I want it now! I am going through such withdrawls playing the three games again and I want to play the fourth at the end of it I want to get to the end of it and dive right into the character creator and design hopefully another redheaded archer chick or one of my male characters. I want to experience great storytelling and adventuring in one of my favorite fictional settings with great role playing and great characters that I can hopefully fall in love with...is that TOO MUCH TO ASK?!

One thing I'd like to see is a chance to expand the dialogue wheel to read the full line to be delivered.
Basically you highlight the choice you want to make & press a button, thus expanding the choice to reveal the full line & know exactly what you're going to say.
Just my opinion.

expand the dialogue wheel to read the full line to be delivered. I recently started playing Dreamfall Chapters. And the Dialogue Wheel is one word options, but then it lets you hear your character thinking about what that one word means to them. It was unique to me.

Ooh, that's a good idea, something like that'd be cool too, probably better than my idea actually because then you could hear the tone & everything.

So probably a pipe dream because its hard to pull off and relatively minor and meaningless, but with weapon neutral powers like under the sabotage tree or Mark of Death I would think having different animations depending on the weapon you are using would be very interesting and immersive.

Better weapon and armour crafting (because the crafting in DAI sucked).

Oh, I just remembered:
For the "funny" lines to actually be funny, like they were in DA2. As it is, in DA:I, I usually can't see any sort of tonal difference between the options.

Better weapon and armour crafting (because the crafting in DAI sucked). Dragon Age Inquisition's crafting system is the only one I can stand, at least at the time. Andromeda's was tolerable but I loved Inquisition's and in no other games. That being said I do think that making it that you can boost your atribute points with gear was a bit of an...odd decision. Granted not sure if they should go back to the Origin or DA 2 method for assigning Attribute points or if this is even a good idea but they probably should get rid of that feature. Make it so the 'utility' slot does something different...like boost your health or stamina or increase your carrying capacity or...something lol. Oh, I just remembered: For the "funny" lines to actually be funny, like they were in DA2. As it is, in DA:I, I usually can't see any sort of tonal difference between the options. I could get behind this. I mean I thought my Inqusitor was plenty funny at times ("You don't say!"), but a bit more flavor and variation between the options could always be welcome. That being said, and while I did love the Hawke dialogue system at times it also came off as being too bi polar. That is what they tried to do in DA I but, as usual, they over compensated.

I would like a Zither-like specialisation for Mages. I'd also like a gay/bi male romance option who's sexuality isn't stereotypical and revolves around the plethora of different people they've slept with, because that's so hot right? >_>. With the exception of Fenris, the rest have all being Zevran clones, Iron Bull will even have it off with a random Nun NPC before you even have a shot at him if you recruit him early enough. It breaks my heart knowing Cullen was almost Bi for Inquisition. I'm not saying there can't be promiscuous characters, I mean where would we all be without Isabela. But I am saying I want the choice. One who is like Zevran and the other who is like Alistair/Cullen, it's a problem close to my heart. I also have to add that I find it somewhat disturbing that the only times Bioware have not used the trope of 'All Gays Are Promiscuous' is when they alter the sexuality of an established character. I LOVE Kaidan but he should have been Bi in ME1 not changed for ME3. I LOVE Jaal, but he should have been Bi from the start, not patched.
It also raises the issue that Bioware will write these more 'sexually upstanding' characters when they're writing them for female PCs but not male PCs. I know I'm not the only one who's noticed this or feels this way as on the old BSN there was a large thread entitled 'Gay Knight in Shining Armour'. I would add this isn't a Bioware problem, this is a problem of media in general it's just that I expect better from Bioware.
Also I hope this doesn't come across as my being angry or ranty, it's not supposed to, I'm just trying to write down my feelings in the most detailed way I can.

He has the same issue when you speak to him, he's slept with a lot of different people casually. And I didn't like him as a character, beyond his introduction his character revolves around him being 'so gay'. I romanced him on my first playthrough and was thoroughly disappointed. So disappointed I didn't touch the game again for years after I finished the main story. Never gopt around to playing the DLCs. Having picked up the game again I'm probably just going to romance Iron Bull, as he's a much better character at least.
