You know, it is particularly altruistic of Cadash to be pro mage. After all, mage freedom hurts the lyrium trade. Mage freedom does open up new market possibilities though.
Not only can they continue to sell Lyrium to former Templars that still need their regular fix, but Mages can now buy lyrium directly from suppliers (legal or otherwise) in quantities that they'd never have been allowed under Templar/Chantry supervision.
That might end up hurting the lyrium trade in the long run once when there are no longer any Templars to sell to in a couple decades, but in the short term, business would have never been better. They got to sell to both sides in the conflict and the ever-present demand means they can continue to sell to both sides, regardless of the victor.

Karshol-mentioned in da2 and also mentioned in dai. Appears he was berahts other ltnt and was searching for a sword. Someone has gone through a creative effort to have this character tied to all 3 games and yet not appear

When dwarves are named paragons they always start a new house, yes? This is the case with a Brosca warden, but according to the wiki not so with an Aeducan. I get why in terms of gameplay it'd be too difficult to name a new house based on warden Aeducan/Brosca's first name, but does anyone have a lore or headcanon reason to justify an Aeducan warden not leaving House Aeducan to found a new house? Dwarf noble is my favorite origin but it bugs me to hear them referred to in Inquisition as Paragon Aeducan of the original House Aeducan instead of following the naming conventions of all the other Paragons and Houses.

You'd think that they'd have added some kind of epithet to differentiate between the two;
Paragon Aeducan "the Younger", "Archdemon-Bane", "The Grey", "Endrinson", "Blight-Breaker", etc.

There is something that has puzzled me for a very long time.
Zevran: You never did answer my question about that filth you so enjoy. Oghren: That's right, I didn't. Zevran: How is it that you never seem to run out? Are you purchasing it somewhere? Oghren: Bah. Nobody sells the good stuff. Zevran: Then are you making it? I don't see a still at the camp...And you aren't walking around with a keg, so unless you're... oh no... Oghren: What? Where has that perverted elven mind of yours gone? Zevran: That... would explain the smell... Suddenly I'm not so interested in trying a sample...
Was he implying that Oghren drinks his own piss?

I just rejoined the BSN, I use to be on the official BSN when that was still a thing and I was part of thre dwarf support thread and other vertically challenged thread. I bought DAO when it came out because you could play as a dwarf and I really liked the lore. Please to meet you all, looking forward do dicuss little buggery things with you all.

Just thinking about carta tattoos. Several of the ratios seem to be for the legion? And several are scholar tattoos? Is the s one really the only dust town tattoo (maybe the eye one)
