Assassins Creed Odyssey

So yesterday spent the whole time on Lesbos clearing stuff and then doing the Medusa fight. Got an achievement (one of four I didn't have) which I was missing for using Rapid Fire with the bow to kill people, it's kind of a fun ability but uses a load of arrows and Adrenaline.

I don't usually chase achievements, long story but all because of AC Liberation There are three others so I might make the effort but they are ones like use every weapon with an overpower move. I have never used overpower except by mistake, "R" being next "E" and me being a keyboard clutz and all.

Anyway that takes me to Medusa, haven't been great with my game play lately, a little off colour and my back is KILLINg ME, anyway took on Medusa and had her down to less than 25% health when I hit Heroic Strike to kill some stone soldiers and she fired her laser beam and the game just froze It has never done that to me before. Anyway, not impressed as I haven't been playing well and really was annoyed to have to do the fight again.

Anyway did the fight again and of course it went no where as well as it had previous attempt but beat old snake head into submission in the end.

Anyway, think I'll continue with killing the Legendary creatures, so probably of to Messara and Pephka next.

God I hate the follow the leader parts of quests

Scenery

Be interesting to see what of these type of mechanisms they put into Valhalla, I kind of miss the feather hunts of the early games. I am a sucker for the collectible stuff. 

I'm not sure I even know what the "feather hunts" are... 

(google-google-google... okay, it was an AC2 collectible. I haven't played that one.)

I think it was in all the Ezio games and AC3 with Connor, they made for some interesting climbing challenges which I enjoy. They were like Black Flags treasure chests except no loot except a clothing item but for me it was about getting them all and navigating the climbing challenges. AC3's were particularly fun.

Patch 1.5.4 for #AssassinsCreed Odyssey has been announced and will drop tomorrow, for a size of 3 - 4 GBs (depending on the platform)!

The patch will also be connected to a new item pack called the Northern Traveler’s Set!

Hey if anyone is doing the Weekly at the moment where you need to kill 5 Spartan Strategois can you tell me if you can find any? Every fort I checked yesterday had none they just had multiple Elite Hoplite?????

Also if you need Marksman Athens "Prison", "Stoa" and "Marble Factory" one in each and they respawn after you have done a few quests.

So yesterday got a fair bit done, did the ship weekly, did the daily and have done most of the weekly killing "Elites".

Did some other stuff, mainly clearing "?" but headed to Athens to pick up the Athenian Generals quest , Perikles quests and Kleon's quests (as they involve Spartan Forts) as well as visit the Symposium where Kass sang like a bird with Eurypides (pants you buy these pants) and whoever the other guy is. Have never done that second stage of that conversation before. She also had some fun times with Alkibiades and enjoyed catching up with Phoibe again.

Oh and Mercenaries, I have never killed so many in one day!!!!! At least 20 and was annoyed at myself as one I wanted to recruit for the Aadrestia took me ages to just knock her out avoiding killing her and then on the ship scren I accidentally dismissed her instead of hiring her.

Went shopping in Phokis and got Kass a Fiery Bull to ride and the Abstergo crew.

Conquest battles on the Athenian side. Look for the big Spartans with a cape and a big ass shield. You can usually find some on the battlefield, but you may have to run around a bit scouting for them.

The Spartan challenge at the Arena has Strategoi too if I recall.

There are usually some running around in the middle of Sparta.

The update come out this morning, but it doesn't look like the Viking gear set is out yet. Ah well, it gave me an excuse to sink some pirates and take some overly saturated pics.
