A pig farted poison in my face. Won the Olympiks, killed Romeo and Juliet, reached tier 1 of the mercenaries in a battle at the arena nonetheless, just a little more to explore 100%. After that I’ll go into a treasure hunt, and only then I’ll resume the main story.

Your stats can be viewed in the UClub. I’m not sure that it gives a percentage per location, though earlier games with in-game tracking did so. To see those stats, I have to open an account with Ubisoft? Swell. That's a negative I will add about the game I don't like especially since it's something that should be in the game.

Finished the game last night. Kassandra got a great ending in my opinion. Pretty much the one she was striving for since she first met the Wolf. I can see at least three choices in the story that would have royally screwed that ending though.
Also finished the Cult line. The Cult leader was no surprise and I got it figured out since I got the second Sage clue. Still, the conversation made me actually do the opposite of what I was intending to do in the first place. So, I guess there was still a surprise in there somewhere.
I love the Demigod set. It's possibly the ultimate warrior set and the best "jack of all trades" set too. If only I could swap it's stats on the Amazon set look. Played as a warrior toward the end of the game since I had the Amazon set. Figured out that poison damage scales with your Assassin damage and it is not the best choice for a Warrior. So I guess Fire damage works the same for Warriors. Which is good to know for future gear planning.
I wondered if I would start a second run with Alexios, but decided that I will roam a bit more with Kass, open the last few regions I haven't visited and finish some leftover quests. Now that I have the Trident, I can jump in water and do the underwater achievement without getting stressed by my mild drowning phobia But the shark phobia is still there.
Maybe hunt those question marks and get the ability points from those Tombs. I am swimming in skill points, but more don't hurt. I even try the gimmick skills like Tame pets and Call for help. And I may hunt for more engravings. I got loads of great ones, but why not more, right? 40 % bow damage if above the target? Great. 40 % damage from behind? Sure, combined with the bow damage, it's absolute overkill when shooting someone from behind and above him And doing a Critical assassination on someone from behind while stacked on Crit damage is just brutal. So many options to mix and max. I just don't get the people that claim stealth is weak in this game. Stealth is absolute beast if you spec for it.
Edit: I think Alexios will lie more. I avoided those options with Kass since she is honest to death, but by the end she got fed up with some NPCs and started lying for the lulz. And it turned out those are actually hilarious. I asked a drunkard athlete about his colleague and got asked back "Why? Did he set another record?". The colleague was sick and I was investigating his sickness but Kass decided to reply with "Yes". The drunk athlete starts wondering if it's discuss throw when Kass straight up told him the record is in "Projectile vomiting". And the athlete got pissed since he got beat in that too.

saandrig , it really is all about building/optimizing toward a goal. I think it was jarring for many players to somewhat suck at most things in the early game. I’ve read in reviews things like, “Bows suck in this game, so don’t bother,” and “It’s now nearly impossible to assassinate in a game called Assassin’s Creed.” Clearly, the reviewers didn’t pay attention to their skills or gear. Early game melee sucked just as much, but had the advantage of being easier than archery when first learning the gameplay. In true RPG fashion, there’s give and take. You can excel in two of three trees, in my estimation, and be pretty good at the third. My Alexios was a badass warrior, and a good assassin. His archery was fun and effective, but not at all optimized via gear. I’ll likely choose nearly the same build for my Hunter/Assassin Kassandra, in terms of skills, that I did with Warrior/Assassin Aleksios. The differences will come via gear optimization and the prioritization of different skills in the early game. I’m going to do the same before starting a new PT. I need to go back to the arena and defeat all of the warriors again in order to get that gear set. I wasn’t in the mood to detail the story by fighting everyone twice during my first visit. I’m betting there’s a ship somewhere that I didn’t find and sink. I’ll start hitting online gear lists to see if there are any cosmetic items that I missed. Also on the gear front, I too really like the Demigod set and the Sword of Damokles. My other favorite armors for the protagonists are the Achilles set and the Amazon set. I assume they’re gained in the same fashion. I’ll be wanting that Amazon set for untold hours until I complete it, just as with the Achilles set.

Level 35 now and meandering all over the map. I have to say I'm confused by the Cultist quest. At one point, while in the market, I get a msg that there's a cultist clue nearby. However, I have no idea where to look. There's nothing on the map so I just moved on. Earlier, I got another msg that I've gathered enough clues and to look up Cultist quest. Again, I'm clueless; I don't see anything new. I will tell you where the clue is under spoiler tags, in case you want to figure it out for yourself. The blacksmith sells it. It's the Spartan flag.

You're 1000% correct about this, but if you sign up you get a bunch of free stuff. 2 ship skins, a cool skin for Phobos, and couple of nice looks for your crew, plus a bunch of other stuff. Just an fyi. I did. A waste of time though I will say I now know how much I've completed the game. Not much considering the amount of time I've played. Need to stop recruiting everyone and start killing everyone. The same with destroying ships. Should be a trophy for destroying ships. Maybe instead of running everywhere, I use the horse.
Anyways, the assassin outfit for the crew is not free. The player has to meet a requirement, acquire the assassin badge.

We're assuming Obsidian Gryphon was referring to an encounter in the Athens market in which the player is alerted to the presence of a nearby Cultist clue. The clue is an item for sale by the blacksmith. I only knew to check there because of loading screen tips. PS4 Pro has a ton of loading screens, so I get all of the tips. 😒

Finally made it to the arena. I entered, and I exited. Nothing special. Killed some losers. I will go back later to see if anyone is worth fighting.

And clue for what cultist? @wickedcrone is right. Tittus , the clue is either in Korinthia or Attika market, I can't recall. I was wondering who I should approach from when Element Zero said to buy it but then there is only one vendor you can go to throughout the game so I went to him once I got the pop up again and looked through the buy list. It's in miscellaneous.

I'm curious now as to how they went about assassinating somebody. There's nothing wrong with the bow. About the ships. I'm seeing some that aren't pirates, spartans or athenians. Do they belong to other mercenaries? I've a couple that appeared and started attacking me on sight which left me puzzled. If they shoot on me, I shoot back, they didn't get to sail away.

So... the peloponnesian league. I killed all 5 cultists but only have 4 clues. I looked for a guide and it seems that I had to kill Stentor, which I cannot because Nikolaus interrupt the fight in my case.
I tried to kill him after the conquest battle but it’s impossible :/

Mercenaries will pursue bounties at sea. You'll be able to identify them by the distinctive red helmet icon. There are also a handful of Alpha ships spread across the Aegean. Defeating them earns a legendary ship item. It can be a new appearance, a figurehead or both. Ikaros can be used to identify ships by name and type.
