After seeing Minrathous in the sneak peek, I'm worried about performance in low-end pcs and consoles. I feel like the FPS is going to be hell. I hope they release the system requirements alongside the gameplay tomorrow. Yeah probably... :/ How low specs are you? I was surprised my friend could play BG3 on high settings on his 8 year old PC with a GTX1070. Blew my mind. I doubt you'll be so lucky with DAV though. Me, I upgraded for Starfield to a 4090 and an OLED screen. Lol at how turned out... So I personally hope the game has ray tracing so I can finally feel this upgrade wasn't a total waste (well, Cyberpunk looked amazing at least). IF the reviews are positive and I do buy the game, that is. I'm on the same boat with your friend. But it seems like the Titanic. I'll have to do some updates until then, but I wonder how different it will be from BG3.

I'd say Emmerich is the one character that weird me out in terms of artstyle, compared to the rest. It might just be my impression though. There is definitely something off about his character model in terms of realism compared to everyone else. Like the facial features look out of proportion and the hair looks much worse, giving him a "cartoony" feel.

Like the facial features look out of proportion and the hair looks much worse, giving him a "cartoony" feel. The face is fine - it's just older, and therefore gaunter/wrinklier. The only thing that could be called cartoony is his hair.

(and if that so-and-so turns up arguing that female characters 'look like a man' I'll be getting my hammer out...   ) Noooo I was halfway done on my thread explaining why Harding is actually a man through meticulously analyzing her facial features!  Just be sure to back up said argument with anthropology and several skulls as "evidence"

This is as bad as expected, but just imagine ME’s first real reveal and if Shepard is not the PC again with Andromeda involvement….. I will enjoy the whining on that one though. That Shepard only part of the fanbase is embarrassing. As for DAV: not surprised at the Inky return, though I am now a bit worried they are the prologue/early death. And I wonder there will non companion romances. I enjoy having characters not in my party being romanceable. |

Mostly, decadent rural landscape. Which is what one would hope to find in Tevinter, apparently.

I must be easy to please. I didn't mind the trailer and I really like all the screenshots we've been getting. I hope we get more full party moments like with them sitting around. Or at least having them talking with each other around the main base. All the new city areas are looking nice! Hoping they have a lot more exploration then we got with Orlais.

It only made it worse; "This is not a game for people who read all the books and comics. I played the games and I want a return from that". So yeah, they are living in a reality in which the HoF is still searching for a cure and the blight is the biggest threat of all.

Wardens can last up to thirty years. The Warden-Commander of Ferelden should still have ten years left, assuming they haven't made any headway on the cure for the Calling.

If romancing Leliana, the Trespasser epilogue slides say they are back and living happily so I assume that means they were successful. |
