I just get lost and confused so easily in 1st person combat. Luckily no motion sickness! But I do feel my stomach drop completely whenever I fall from heights. No matter the POV. It feels like when you experience the tallest drop of a roller coaster. Ugh.

The "Leap of Faith" is kinda the Assassin's Creed thing...
Though in Kass's case, the Isu bloodline runs strong in her, by 20th level she can jump/fall from any height, onto any surface, without a scratch. Though it hurts my knees to see her land.
