Im hoping the same, cus its solas and he’s addressing the inquisitor. But at the same time i know its hard to celebrate dai without mentioning the inquisitor. And Solas is just the natural nod to the next game so... Ugh. I’m fighting to tamp down my hope.

It's got the right Hallelujah cadence for Solas' internal song, but the invitation to tea is suspect...

Yet still ample cause for celebration (10/11-ish)

Weekes puts too much thought into how to hurt us. Lol

Tea soon? He hates tea. It's like he's writing a letter to someone after he's been kidnapped and has to let the other person know something's wrong by saying something totally out of character.

(You approach a shirtless Solas, standing in just the right way to show off his muscles) 'Oh, hello Inquisitor. I did not see you there. You caught me at the end of a... challenging workout.'

(Solas is wearing only a pair of sweats, loosely tied around his waist.) The camera switches to over-the-shoulder, showing off the massive Dread Wolf tattoo on Solas' back.

(A single drop of sweat rolls down his face. He does not blink.) 'And now, Inquisitor. It is time for you to stop me. (Camera ZOOMS in on his face)... IF YOU CAN!'

Deeply regretting starting Solas off shirtless, since this would also be where he tears off his suit jacket and shirt in a single motion, Yakuza-style.

Well, he hates tea, but if he has to we know he'll drink it... I'd say that it's a code for "yea, you remember that thing I agonize about doing, but feel like I have to?" Yea, that thing. The plan. Soon? ;P

I mean, it's not even subtle with the Tower card (ostensibly one about danger, crisis, destruction, liberation and sudden change) clearly being the 2nd most prominent thing in the whole arrangement

Am requesting he cool off first with a big lyrium mug decorated with wolf art and labeled “Wolfin’ Stein”.

Honestly with how he sounds in that teaser clip, I wonder if we aren't gonna end up in this direction at some point. I still think he sounds tired and distressed there.

5 years since I managed to convince the senior leadership to let me make these glorious gals.
Still super proud of them (and fortunate that we had a great team to execute the vision.)
