I'll go back home from wotk around 8.30 Pm. More than 3 hours after launch. Perhaps Geforce Now will have DATV updated. Perhaps not. And I will go to bed and get up every hour just to check.Also I pre ordered on Steam, and I'm unsure the Steam version will be available on Geforce.
We'll see how it goes.

I will have 2.5 days with no work so hopefully no patch taking the game down for half a day.

Guess I could always download it.

It's interesting to throw around the claims of intellectual dishonesty while creating a strawman by bringing up solely the combat of DAI, when were were not just talking about DA combat, but combat in Bioware games in general - and if there's one thing people generally agreed on is that for all their faults, Andromeda and Anthem have a fun combat system. And given that virtually everyone and their dog pointed out that DA draws a lot of its combat elements from Andromeda and Anthem (two companions, combo system, etc) I am entirely unsure why are you making it seem like I'm talking only about DAI (particularly that DAI definitely didn't get 'meh' scores).

So, no - I definitely disagree that combat in DA is some sort of huge departure for Bioware; in fact reviews seem to be in agreement that BW is finally nailing the type of combat they want to do across their RPG games, the iterations of which we've already saw years back and which is unique to them

I'm so tired of the rage bait crap all over social media, 80% of comments I see on there are so out of touch it is concerning.

To be a fly on the wall at the BioWare office right now with only a couple of days to go. Hopefully our Phantom dev friend can give us some insight on the mood after reviews?
