Can anyone help me with a reason why my internet protection software is wary of the Dragon Age: Wiki site. It receives a caution label, which is explained as the following: Websites rated "Caution" may have a small number of threats and annoyances, but are not considered dangerous enough to warrant a red "Warning". Proceed with caution. This has been the case for some months now but I certainly didn't have any problems with the site in the past. So what sort of threats or annoyances might be there? Normally, when this sort of thing occurs, the site resolves the issue within a few weeks and it is flagged green again but I've been waiting on the Wiki to do this for some time now but no action has been taken. Any ideas? Someone could have inserted a malicious script on one of the pages via the editor. Or it could be a false positive. EDIT: Or its the redirect triggering it, like Sartoz said.

Mr. Mister reference was caught by Captain America and several others. JackCrapper and 69others missed it by thaat much. I know that I'm a prisoner to all my father held so dear, I know that I'm a hostage to all his hopes and fears. I already told him to fuck off, in the living years 🎶🎵🎶 My mechanic, Mike, cannot fix your broken wings.

Dragon Age Inquisition grappled with a Circle Tower civil war sparked into an inferno by the actions of one refugee’s terrorist buddy, while dealing with an insane doomsday militia. Snip
Pardon my french but "Circle Tower civil war" my sweet arse.
Tower mages finally grew a backbone and revolted against their jailers (Templars). Calling that a civil war is a Bio marketing effort to increase sales. The in-game "civil war" in DA:I is a joke.
My vision for "civil war" invoked the genre of the old S&T table top war games which included the American civil war. A most recent one is Strategic Command: American Civil War. You can get many oldies for free or for 3-5 bucks at gog.com. Anyway, DA:I offered crap in regards to this "civil war". Disappointed doesn't even come close.
Bio directors ought to refrain from describing their games or mention they include anything other than "we are great at story telling and for our deep characters that you'll come to love or hate".
(◔‿◔) _____________ ==========
.
Cliff notes descriptions generally aren't intended to be considered complete plot descriptions. And...fighting a war on the basis of 'my slavery is not an acceptable price for your freedom and comfort' contained within a single organisation (Mage Circle Towers) sounds like a civil war to me. And...the Mage Templar War wasn't meant to be the main issue in DAI. That was literally my point. Our attention was supposed to be on the insane doomsday militia and what they were up to (once we discovered them, of course). The Mage Templar war was nothing more than a primer for the plot.

I feel like I will be drawn and quartered for saying this, but I'd rather have Disney than EA. Disney had enough money and resources that they can afford some fails before they scrap something. Also, imagine a crossover between Mickey Mouse and Mass Effect - Mouse Effect! I for one would bow to our new overlords. I wouldn't be so quick to jump on the Disney train... Deep pockets they've got, but Mark brought up a couple of good points why this could be a bad idea for BioWare. 1. Would Disney be interested in continuing Mass Effect when it has Star Wars? 2. What will their stance be on M-Rated games? Could this impact Dragon Age as well? Also, even if they allow M-Rated games, would there be certain themes they wouldn't be allowed to touch? And from what I've heard from friends who work in the industry, dealing with Disney is... not fun. Of all the big entertainment groups out there, they are the most difficult to work with.
1) If it makes money Disney will continue it they made or released Lightyear and Prey that are sci-fi properties not based on Star Wars.
2) The same with R-Rated movies and M-Rated TV shows Deadpool, Deadpool 2, Logan, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Punisher, and The Defenders are all on Disney+ and while not rated TV-M shows like The Simpson, Family Guy, Bob's Burgers, and The Orville are also on Disney+ or coming soon to the platform. Disney also owns a huge stake in or 100% owns Hulu so movies that they can put other R-rated movie franchises like Aliens and Predator on.

I'd be a bit worried that they do not understand video games at all on a corporate level which their management of that side of the IP and their grumblings at EA and a few other things indicate that they do not have the least bit of understanding about games. So you are right if it makes money but then the question is would DA or ME be considered profitable enough by Disney to actually continue making?

Facepalm.
At least I got the singer right lol.
Disney's portfolio is broad, that is a good point. My issue with this is more on the side of monopoly protest than it is on what they would do to the IP.

I just don't want Disney to continue to have a monopoly over everything. Can there be more variety please? On this level I get where you are coming from but I do also think, at least on a surface level, that Disney proves there can be variety within their franchises and holdings. Star Wars and Marvel, even in the modern sense, is very different from Disney animation. The Mandalorian is very different from the Sequel Trilogy and the Captain America movies are different from the Avengers movies or things like Ms. Marvel and Wandavision which itself is different from Deadpool. Its not wise to have too many entertainment eggs in one basket, especially when that basket is corrupt, but one can certainly still have variety and a large coporation with money to burn and a support apparatus can even lead to that very variety in the first place. I mean case in point BioWare does not have the time or resources to try too many different things and franchises. Even Mass Effect and Dragon Age, despite being different genres, still have a lot of simularities in tone and what not. While I do not think Disney will invest a huge amount of resources in Bioware so they can do different things, see the above, it is certainly possible that with a larger coporation should EA choose to become part of one can devote more resources to their games.

I don't think this is a recent photo from BioWare, if it's even from BioWare at all. Their new studio is very sleek and modern - white walls, etc. Not the wood panel like you see in this photo. ETA: This is from The Beginning: Making 'Episode I' (Star Wars) show. m.imdb.com/title/tt0354408/mediaviewer/rm3155974912I didn't think anyone from BioWare would post a storyboard of a game in development still.

I just think some of the Disney hate is exaggerated. Don't get me wrong, they are no paragons of virtue, but I really haven't notice them be much worse than any other big multinational company. And at least they, unlike some, are striving for some diversity with their products.

And at least they, unlike some, are striving for some diversity with their products. May be I'm reading the room wrong here but I have sneaky suspicion this is the problem that a lot of people currently have with Disney. Also, their hypocrisy since they remove what might be considered provocative in some countries from their marketing material and even from the movie itself (I think that was Disney), so only care about diversity when it is safe to do so. Of course, Disney are not the only organisation guilty of this. There are loads of them who have one corporate logo and marketing for USA/Europe and another one entirely for, say, Saudia Arabia or China.

Disney has a lengthy history of mistreating employees, exploiting sweatshop labour, animal rights abuses and battling to prevent their trademarked characters from entering the public domain despite the fact that many of Disney’s biggest hits are based on myths and legends from the public domain. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criticism_of_The_Walt_Disney_CompanyThat said, they’re not the most evil company ever. That’s really more of a meme than anything.

Lavellan: Although... You might be my great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great granddad. Did you ever have kids? You know, whilst it might not really be applicable to Lavellan, it isn't such a stupid question. Clearly there are ancient elves who have survived down to the present, so what if there was some offspring of his floating around out there? Better still, what if that offspring had a really big grudge against Daddy? Alternatively, what if that offspring didn't know he was their Dad but was committed to working against him? Then comes the big reveal. (It has been done before, I know, but even so it could throw something interesting into the mix). Imagine if he had an offspring with Mythal but she never told him?

I think if BioWare wanted to put another "sad widower with kids either dead or who hate them" on Solas it would have came out before...
