I love 'end of gen' E3s (which either this is, or 2020 will be).

Lack of major excitement, tired journalists (aww), jaded consumers, and so on.

But I've found that the most major and fun game announcements happen around this time, due to it being the deadline for many major long developed games to release, and other games to take more full advantage of available hardware. I'll have a blast watching this E3, from all I've seen so far. Heck, it hasn't even hit and BGIII is teased. Might again attempt the first two games first, after I finish my Masquerada playthrough.

I would bet actual money they will HAVE to issue refunds to Australians - that's why Steam ended up changing their refund policy. Our consumer law is very clear about refunds under circumstances like this.
