No, I'm a sub. I'm guessing it has to be a complete suit rather than mix and match in the other slots. No matter what I do, I cannot unify colours in the secondary outfits. I'll experiment further. *shrug* Oh, you can only unify to one colour. Which means... only dye the chest piece, not the rest. I did. I thought I could mix a new chest piece (I slot in dye module) that look nice with the rest of the equipped armor in outfit slot one but it doesn't seem to work. I supposed the rest of the pieces must be something else, not the equipped armor.

Have you done it like pic related? The chestpiece is stamped with a black/black dye and all other parts you wish to be dyed also have to be put into the outfit, then unify the colors with the chestpiece, or leave some pieces unticked if you prefer the way they look without the dye like what I have done in the above example. But you absolutely have to have all the pieces you wish to be visible in your outfit put into their slot in the same outfit tab. If you leave a slot open it'll just display whatever you actually have equipped in that particular gear slot, and in its default color scheme. I don't have any headgear in this particular example since I always hide it.

@babar guy, thanks. I understand what it is now, I have to commit the chest piece. Not committing it will not allow the unify colours to work. I'm holding off on the last stretch of chapter 16 for JK since they announced another expansion; going to do the same for the rest though I think I'll complete it for the sith warrior since I took the trouble to rm her with the new lightsaber. Wish there's more convo, especially for the warrior when Vette returned; I like her comment on Quinn in chains and shock stuff. Yes, he needs those if the warrior runs into him. The molely betrayer. They should have more dialogues and interactions on the companions of each class. *shrug* P.S. I think only the sith warrior can resolve the Broomark quest and have both adversaries leaving.

I recorded the battle with Arcann (and everything else to the end) for my sith warrior because she is a favourite and I won't be doing it again with her. I'll do another recording for the sorceress since she's another fav. For the Rep side recordings, it's probably going to be the JK, consular and the commando (because "Shepard" ) I find it hilarious that Arcann suffered a few cuts, one to the middle and he's still able to hop.

I really should stop procrastinating and record the rest of the stories before the 5.0 debacle hits. I'm still only on Voss with the Knight.
Because it's looking like this may really be it for me.

Impromptu flashpoints may be happening tonight on Shadowlands. Just sayin, if you want in... I had to oversee the crew that came to clean up the air-conditioners so I wasn't online for swtor. Btw, can heroics be done daily? The message in every mission stated once a week. I recently did Hutta on my IA, I logged in just now and I could pick up the missions again.

The ones you get on the fleet for flashpoints are also weekly I *think.* But I feel like you can get some on the planets that can be repeated daily? I really need to get back to doing this for more monies! *rubs hands together*

@kaidan Fan, @ Dekibra, thanks. That's probably what happened; did on Monday and picked up again on Fri, hence the confusion. I just realised I have nine rather than eight toons. The ninth is a Jedi Sentinel and I didn't know what I was thinking because she is level 65 and eligible to do chapter 10. I passed the smuggler over for a "repeat" class. I guess it has to do with the force user toons' better capability to do the Starforge. Of the non-force classes, the IA is the weakest due to limited aoes. I think the smuggler is the same. In looking at the Jedi Sentinel, does anyone think this class is missing offensive skills? I swear she has fewer attack skills than the Jk and sith warrior. Slot #8 is missing one skill. I generally lined them up in progressive dmg and I can't find anything except for that stupid dash-forward-attack skill which always misses because the toon overleap or fall short of the target for JK and warrior. That's one crummy skill I hardly use and it's an extra for JK / warrior.

Sadly, FPs never happened. Saberchic mentioned she'd be down but I didn't see her. To be fair, TOR's character based friending isn't the best for facilitating these kinds of meetups. So... are people interested in these being a regular thing? If so, what's the best way to keep in touch and set this up? Here? Steam? I don't usually log into Steam for TOR but I can make an exception if people have that. Or do we have certain days that people like? Thursday nights? Also, I'd be down with running heroics as well. Full group+ bonuses= all the moneys Finally, while we're at it, who PVPs here? I know you can't do custom games like GW2 but can you go in with premades? How hard is it to get 900 comms? I don't really want to PVP but there's a lightsaber I want and this may be the only way to get it.

Just played the last six chapters of Kotfe. I do enjoy this game for its story, but not so much for gameplay. I just play it from time to time as I would a single player game to get some of that Bioware feel... Now if I don't get my waifu back in the next expansion I might just give up on this thing

I was doing the Locust on Taris just now and noticed a lowly gunslinger coming in. I had a feeling he'll try to trigger if he could so I did it as soon as I could since I was several metres ahead of him. There's always a lootable chest below the ship, I could take it but I deliberately did not want to because I wanted to see what he would do. Sure enough, he sneaked in and looted it while I was fighting.

I've been on both sides. Ninja'd chests while others were fighting and been ninja'd in return. Usually I don't care.
Now if you do that on mission objectives, that's more of a dick move. Still, been on both sides of that too.

^ Oh I encountered that more often than not in open instances. I'm in the vanguard, plowing my way to the boss. In sidle another player, skips, jumps for the possible shortcut route and snags the boss. I don't nip chests if someone is front of me because I'll feel bad. The point of playing games is to feel good, not the opposite, not to nip nor sneer nor get one over other people. Cooperate and everyone feels good. One reason why I marked swtor extremely low for social dynamics. My appreciation goes to those who can try to grab but decided, WTH let's team up. I was doing a heroic on DK just now, waiting for the boss to respawn in the open. In came another player and he chose to team up with me. We went on to complete the DK heroics together and parted happy. * On this return to swtor, refreshing myself with the classes and getting acquainted with the great offensive skills among them. I've to say I'm impressed with the reaching range of the sorceress's attacks. Lol-ed at the bounty hunter's super gluey fire turret; merrily burning on the mob's head and following him even if he jumps to a spot out of your reach (take that you bugger, you can't escape me! ) And even better, if that mob is dead, it jumps to his pal. Crushing the windpipe with the warrior is sooo satisfying. Kicking /pushing the mobs into space and beyond with the sorceress and the jedi guardian. Fav AOE. Hard to pick. JK, BH, sorceress have really good ones. The sentinel is weaker and I wish this class could kick a mob metres away. It's dumb when JK npcs can do that. The animation when she destroys something is very weird! For the guardian, she throws her lightsaber. For the sentinel, I see some lightning flashes. Her right arm is stretched out but I see nothing in her hand. Sometimes I'll see a twirling lightsaber and she's always frozen in this stance (running in such a manner) when I move her. It breaks off when she fights. Consular has a good range too, reminds me of Satele with her power blasts. Earthshaking power like the jedi npcs, thumbs up. I finally remembered why I created another JK. Both guardian and sentinel are romancing the new NPCs. The others are remaining faithful or are single.

Just a short offtopic: CrutchCricket: A Babylon 5 Fan? Yay. We had a a Psi Corps LARP here for a long time Back to topic: I played SWTOR for a long time. Then I stopped playing, after my old guild dissolved. My main and favorite is a scoundrel skilled as sawbone (and to answer some comment from page 1: yes, playing a female scoundrel is not only possible, but so much fun, that I don't want to play anything else really - I have a character in every class, but female scoundrel is the best for me) I just tried it again a month ago (with only a month subscriber pass luckily) and I didn't really like it anymore. The quest got so much simplified and you get so much XP, that there are even more people now running around not able to play their classes (and how could they - even without any boost and with only doing storyquests you are mostly overleveled, so no challenges there). I played a bit of pvp and tried out the Togruta (which I like a lot), but I did stop again after two weeks. While it was nice, to play my old and new characters again, I'm not into MMOs that much anymore. But I had a very funny flashpoint with a newbie, who managed to run into every mob (and not, because he was an ogogo player, he was just clumsy) - we all laughed a lot during that run. And I met some players from my first time around in pvp, who still rememered my scoundrel healer - that was nice. We had some nice matches. SO I had some mostalgia flashes while playing, but I prefer single player games, they are not that time consuming (at least for me) Sadly, I don't have a lot of screenshots - here are two Liya, my new scoundrel (sawbone again) Alighiera, my agent (and healer too - healers rule )

In came another player and he chose to team up with me. We went on to complete the DK heroics together and parted happy. Oh yeah, competing for slow spawning NPCs is the worst. Waiting for one, offering to team and having that declined is the ultimate dick move. I know the Boss on DK you mentioned, and I've had both variations happen to me. One douchebag refused to team (I ended tagging first so ), while in other cases we did group, do the rest of the heroics together and everyone had an awesome time. I remember another instances on Voss where I had to kill an elite as part of a bonus mission. I get to the elite find him dead. So I wait for a bit. I wasn't paying attention at teh split second when he respawned when another player appears beside him, tags him, kills him and logs out. I guess he was farming it...? So I wait around on a hair trigger this time, saber throw the second he shows up- just as that asshole logged back in. He could only stare in impotence as I finally completed my mission . Who does that though? Ok, farming some elites used to be good for credits or whatever. But when that elite is part of a mission (even if it's bonus) and it's the only one, that's the one you farm? Bunch of dicks. Just a short offtopic: CrutchCricket: A Babylon 5 Fan? Yay. We had a a Psi Corps LARP here for a long time Back to topic: I played SWTOR for a long time. SO I had some mostalgia flashes while playing, but I prefer single player games, they are not that time consuming (at least for me) lol did my Psi Corps badge give it away? Between my sig, my tendency to gush about the show any given time and the thread we have for it I wouldn't be surprised if people who don't know me just called me the "Babylon 5 guy" Anyway, have a verbal like as well for B5 and SWTOR healers (especially the agent). Incidentally, you wouldn't happen to know where I can get a proper Psi Corps badge IRL? The ones on Amazon claim to be show authentic but even glancing at any screen from the show will reveal it to be anything but. Back on topic I love my female agent as much if not more than you do your female smuggler. Scoundrel Sawbones/Operative Medic is also one of the most fun classes to play and I can't not pick when making a new agent/smuggler. Stealth + heals? I'm still shocked they allow that combination. In terms of making the characters too, these ones stand out for false starts for me as well. My agent I initially made a Chiss Male (because who doesn't?) but deleted him when I met my exact twin on Hutta. Definitely glad that lead me to the female. My smuggler (male) I made and deleted four or five times before I finally stuck with him. Not because I didn't know how to make him or didn't like my results. I had my vision of him from day one. It's just that I wanted to play the class but wasn't sure I'd get through it. This was in the bad old days where teh full grind was in place. Without the advent of 12xp I might never have actually gotten through with him Here's a link to my characters btw. Obviously, I disagree with you about the current system being a bad thing. The game was never "challenging" it was simply tedious. And to the claim that it "taught" your class, I didn't do a flashpoint until Ilum, well into my second return to this game and until Disciplines got put in, all my characters apart from my sorc and my agent were gimped hybrids, the two exceptions being so only because I was able to make them versatile enough that the lack of capstones didn't bother me (for solo play anyway). On the flip side, I'd say I'm a decent Operative healer (for PVE at least) now but none of that comes from the leveling grind (my agent being one of the ones I did with full grind). Instead I just kept queuing for FPs, read a guide or two and kept playing till I got good. Never got much complaints either.

Crutch Cricket: I bought my Psi badge years ago on a german SciFi convention. They are hard to come by this days, sadly. Some of my friends found theirs at conventions too. The ones sold by Amazon & Co are mostly crap. And I just saw your Psi in the signature, I didn't know, this board has a B5 thread - I have to check it out.
I do think, that the current SWTOR system is somewhat more unbalanced compared to two or three years ago. But I guess, you are right, it was never that balanced to beginn with - and of course in the end it boils down to personal preference.
