Their focus isn't story this stage (I don't even know what to call it, phase? lol) it's more group content this time with story bits thrown in. But the writing is getting pretty sad and the way they dumped the importance of our original companions makes me sad.   |

Lmao at who they chose as the traitor I don't dislike it per se. It could work. Whether it does is something we won't learn for a while, though. I'm really glad they actually made it one specific person. A lot of people I've seen were hoping that it would be a different person depending on who you picked on Iokath, but that would've made it worse, IMO. |

Question about equipment - lightsabers, earned as class mission rewards, cannot be equipped for the last 15 or so levels (it requires Rise of the Hutt Cartel expansion, which I'm not going to purchase). Where one can acquire level-appropriate (Jedi Knight, 34) weapon and, if possible, armor, using in-game currency only?

I am honestly not sure how things like that work for FTP, but I never ran into a situation where I couldn't use something earned as a class reward. There are always lightsabers on the GTN, green/blue quality & the ones you have to mod yourself. |

If he IS really the traitor, I'll be p*ssed. That's what I thought too, especially at the beginning when he said, "I would do anything to protect you". Then he goes and makes a good effort at killing us multiple times, which makes me wonder if he really hasn't gone off the deep end. |

My thoughts on the traitor under the cut I think Iakus is right. I think Theron might be triple agenting it up. At least, that's my hope. But the stuff he said to my 100% LS benevolent peace loving do everything for everyone else before herself Consular was utter garbage...... I hope he is just trying to get in this order to find out who has been trying to undermine the Alliance since the uprisings and stuff. I'm still thinking seer people whos names I can seem to remember atm. The ones from Zakuul. As far as the new "content" and FP go......it was much too short. What the actual hell? I probably finished it all in like 20 mins.  |

Got to say, when someone helps you with a prison break after a failed extraction-slash-assassination attempt, secures transport, rescues your team, then drops on his knees and pledges loyalty without questioning you, it's so damn cool. By the way, Revan is based on the book character or their appearance/alignment depends on PC's? |

SWTOR playthrough edited with multiple class stories similar to a TV show, like Clone Wars or Rebels. I finished posting the first half of the prologue. Because each starter planet is it's own self contained story the order does not matter, but Korriban would probably be the best one because it was the last planet. The flashpoints may have some minor smuggler spoiler in regard to how things end on Ord Mantell, but for the most part it doesn't matter what order they are viewed in even though the flashpoints occur after the planets.

SWTOR is a Bioware game, but its not on console, so its not a 'real' Bioware game for the mods apparently. /s (Although this game is by far the most experience I had with Bioware developers being open with the community.. even if its half-hearted... so much better than the solid silence in all their SP franchises) As a solo player, I'm enjoying the Dailies bugs considerably during this double cp week. I'm raising a Sorcerer and an Assassin to tier 2 at the same time now. And because I kept maxing out on components, I have a steady supply of 100% cp boosts. So happy that I don't bother with flashpoints now. As for Theron, Iokath and Umbara seems like test of loyalty for him joining the Order. Its serious enough that he literally caused the death of his father in my playthrough.... so I think he's probably playing double agent and the real traitor is someone else.
At least, that's what I hope for the story.
Everyone want Theron's head now... Koth, Jorgan, Torian, Arcann... they better come up with a fail-story situation if you don't have enough Alliance members, its very redundant playing as DS with godlike power of no consequences.
Also why can't it be Lana? Urghh... she need a story other than as a loyal follower. Theron had a novel!!

The CXP daily bug is the best thing they've done since they implemented GC! I've gone from level 70 to level 125 in 2 days. I LOVE it!  As to what you spoilered: I think you're right and he isn't the real traitor. I think he is trying to find out who has been trying to bring down the alliance all along. I think the reason it wasn't Lana is because she is an empire character and a sith and they were trying to make it someone not as obvious and the republic is generally seen as the "good guys." I am sad that they are letting fans kill off so many companions. It just means they will never be part of any of the stories going forward because they could be dead. |
