I like the Dantooine event well enough. I felt the heroics were a little OP but that's just me.  I'm sure others think they're super easy and I'm just a lame-o casual that deserves to be stomped Been spending more time working on the achievements there

Seems like 6.0 has been uploaded to the PTS as there is datamining information coming out. It's not playable yet though.

Someone went and extracted the class ability changes + amplifiers and things related to a companion traits system. They are changing so many things.

+150% to Social points gains, lol. I guess it's great for someone who wants to max it fast (I'm at Social 2...since 2012).

Reading some of the amplifiers, no way Utilities aren't changing, there is some overlap there.

My number of characters at 300 GC: 0

And apparently BioWare changed GC point gains in latest update and you get less if the enemies are lower levels than effective(or current?) one. Very annoying while leveling new characters through the story and you hit level 70 before chapter 1 is finished (double XP + sub helping).

Not removing, transforming into Galactic Renown which will work in similar fashion without different tiers and less important to gear as enemies are supposed to drop gear again and crafting is supposed to get an update too.

The "current plans" are for required materials to drop from most content. I put that in quotes as I expect BioWare to change that to Master Flashpoints and Operation before 6.0 is released as I guarantee you the snowflake players will complains about casuals getting access to those.

I actually hope people of all kind and level will play the PTS, otherwise it's just going to be another "only max level matters" update anyway (and going by some devs comments on the official forum, that was the original plan). Sometimes I wonder if BioWare have played the level 1 to cap content since 4.0.

Yes there is a PTS, but it's not currently "on". The first phase of 6.0 testing is supposed to start end of June. I think you need to be a subscriber too.

I should try the pts too, but I probably won't have time. I do wish they would not cater to just the hardcores that complain about casuals having access to the same shinies as them.

First time bringing a female JK to Balmorra, I knew people called Doc a sleeze, but if he was a real person his name would be all over the place after #metoo.

The second conversation you have with him is sexual harassment. I'm not even sure how he can still work as a doctor...

Strangely, I kinda like the dude (I'm not going to romance).

I don't think the ability lag is caused by the conquest-points-from-XP, that was fixed on the 11th and everything worked fine until the other maintenance on the 12th to fix a CTD in the mission log UI that also contained a few other background changes not mentioned in the release notes.

The reasons why I think that: not all planets are affected and the planet the most affects are where players hang out in their stronghold to do not-combat related stuff.

I've been doing my JK story since. Tatooine was unplayable until they did some hardware changes then I was able to finish it. Alderaan was fine (despite having 5 maps instances). Balmorra was fine. Quesh had ability lag (and barely nobody on it). Hoth was fine. Belsavis was close to unplayable. Nar Shadda/Coruscant are near unplayable but most of the people there aren't generating XP, they are hanging out in their stronghold (and now the Casino). Flashpoints were fine last night too and I read that KOTXX are working fine too.

As for the symptoms, it's just abilities processing lag (or was just that, now I read that you can't get into Stronghold anymore which suggest some hardware died).

My guess: BioWare isn't doing anything because they are waiting for replacement hardware.

There was a post yesterday that mentioned a possible maintenance today. They aren't exactly silent, the CM just don't seems to know what is going on more than we do. The fact they didn't revert anything tells me the issues is not software though.

Saying that, Voss seems to be fine on Star Forge this morning. I'm not going to try to go into a Stronghold though.

Thanks for the updates azarhal. I was going to try to log on tonight, hopefully things will be fixed. Haven't had much chance to play lately.
