*****Your last Pug in one word*****

Tense. I couldn't hear Banshees, Ravagers and that Alliance officer guy. This alone could be relaxing (no Banshee screams) but I had to stay alive to carry two PUGs on Gold. We were finishing the Wave 10 objective (pizza) at the time my game has ultimately crashed so mission succesful, probably.

Exsisting

Yes, PUGS do exsist these days. I know it's a rare sight, but it's actually true. So I wanted to see for myself, if the Puggerlands are a wasteland. It didn't take me long to bump into a gold lobby. Wave 8/Reapers/Dagger. I thought - ok, it's not perfect but let's stick with the team, at least for some time. The host was soloing for a bigger part of the match, coz (s)he had over 140k, and the rest had like 20k. It happens, I thought. But then..



Well Doc, I DO care sometimes I hoped it would teach the host to git gud, and l2p.

But later, when I was trying to find a platinum pug game, I realised that my effort was in vain



Laggy, but nice

So between those two events, I bumped into a lobby, where one of the clients from the 1st match was hosting. I said, if he's going to cheat like that twat, then I'll deal with this in an appropriate way. The game was laggy, so sometimes this happened:


The guys worked hard for their credits. They were sticking together, doing objectives, reviving and had all good habits. It was surpsising, because two of them were new to the game. Some single nukes were flying from time to time, but those were mostly rage nukes, which hit single Prime or Pyro. I guess lag was annoying not only me All in all I enjoyed helping them out in their task. We had full evac even!

But in the end, I have mixed feeling about the whole servers situation. I noticed that recently, it takes longer to connect to the servers. So it's probably something on their end.

Ah, thank you. If I see him again, I'll make sure to steal all his kills just to make him angry.




Honestly I don't remember you. Usually I don't mind TGI/Carrier, maybe there was someone on my ragelist in the lobby.

Damn I forgot to buy medigel. I played my last Pug with only one gel left. Counting on Pugs was terrible.

Funny thing is, I didn't use my last gel.

On topic, though: Lazy.
While doing 200 Waves on my Gethgineer, I joined a Silver GIP - a Jugg slowly kicking Trollectors’ butts on Giant, nothing special, and another someone that I failed to remember. Then, for some reason unknown, the host decided to quit, and after host migration it’s only me on wave 7, without any equipment - and with a GPR. Oh the mighty GPR - sure, it’s a fine weapon, just a little bit on the lacking side when it comes to killing Big Armor. I was going to die peacefully in the corner, when someone joined. That someone proceeded to die quite often (could be my host, could be lack of experience, could be level), and after 2 waves and a few Possessed Praetorians and Scions, I dropped and typed to the void:
“Sorry, mate, not in the mood to solo today”.
...and bled out. 
Yeah, I’m a snobbish asshole and I know it. If you’re reading this, I’m sorry about what I said, dude. 

Yeah, that's what the two of us initially thought as well, while the third player, who noticed that something was off with the Argus, said that he actually loved that rifle, as well as loved playing TSol with Marksman specced for max RoF (so he knew what he was talking about), and there was no way on this planet an Argus could shoot that fast, even with triple-click macros or other tricks. Playing on a more sturdy TSol didn't help that Fartgus user, as they went down just as many times, and we unanimously agreed on not reviving them. Yeah, I do admit that it wasn't nice, but... It didn't feel wrong.

Why do I keep playing this damned game?

After a very brief return to the game a few months ago I decided to start it up today again and had a few really fun platinum pugs. Amazing to see that there still are so many players around (and many new it seems on PC?), I hope they never close down the ME3MP servers!

We bump into the L0unny lobby. It was platinum task on Jade against Cerberus. Something was wrong, we felt it immediately when fighting started.
