Slightly annoying....



Dropped into a lobby with geth infil. with a black widow...but the player was extremely green....i was using the demolisher and he had it set to Glacier/gold/reapers...so i kind of knew that i might have to step it up a bit since this guy was low level...like 40 something....so we start but we are dealing with a decent amount of lag...new players join, but they are not helping with missions and when they die, they are bleeding out..... 


Now the host is trying, but we had device objectives for both wave 6 and 10....i used up a majority of my resources on wave 6 due to the other folks dying and not being able to provide cover while i was doing the devices...so by wave 10, those other two losers left and it was just me and the geth infil.....still dealing with lag but not enough for me to end the game...so i'm on the last device in wave 10....i had 1 rocket left and there was 3 brutes and a banshee at the bottom of the steps in glacier (where the device is)


So now i need the game to REALLY not cheese me and the hit detection needs to be on point. I pull out the rocket making sure all 3 brutes are bunched up together with the banshee and lol...the rocket kills all 3 brutes but the banshee magically comes thru that onslaught un-damaged....so as i'm thinking the rocket finished her off, she snatches me up and game ends....oh yeah and that geth infil. died somewhere on the upper level..... ...not really mad at that tho as he was actually putting up a decent effort.....

Lifesaver.

PUGs catch a lot of heat around here, and often rightfully so, but we also have to honor those good PUGs who, sometimes unexpectedly, make our ME3mp lives easier and/or more satisfying. What follows is such a tale. Picture this, if you will:

I started a U/U/G as a solo (because I was impatient, as usual) figuring people would drop in GiP... which someone eventually did, at the very end of wave 8. Then within the first minute or so of wave 9, I derp my way into a Banshee hug (because of course I do), with basically the entire wave 9 budget left, and an Adas Human Engie looking very uncomfortable with currying a Gold w9 all by their lonesome (we actually did get a 3rd at around this point, but they got downed and stomped almost immediately- great). But my brave PUG brother (or sister) in arms still managed to pull it out, one individual panic-nuked Banshee at a time, and save my ass and the mission, maybe 10-15 (painful) minutes later. We get back to the lobby and they do have fairly low CP, so I'm guessing that was NOT something they were used to doing. But nevertheless, they persisted. And for that, I salute you, Adas HE Gold PUG comrade- we will never forget your service!

Effin' geth...

Yeah, I know, two words, sue me. But the longer I play, the more I hate these bastards They are more infuriating than even collecturds and that's really saying something.

I got carried, by BotB that actually deserved that banner, but yeah... I hate fucking geth.

Crashed

Pugged into a fantastic team. We were obliterating everything, finishing Gold matches in 12-15 minutes. Was thinking the team was good enough for Plat when the game locked up and crashed. dammit

Vorcha

I was pugging a Vorcha Hunter, and for one game a Vorcha Soldier and Vorcha Sentinel showed up in the lobby. The fourth was an Asari Adept, which was quite helpful for fighting Cerberus on Jade. Lots of fire explosions and stasis, and I managed to finish off a Phantom with heavy melee.

BoomBoomBang - so I played an Asari Adept for the first time in a very long time.

Cheaters

I popped into a Reaper match on Hydra. The first thing I noticed was there were two players and they were standing on the roof of the building next to the LZ. I dropped out immediately as there wasn't any point playing.
