Took a trip into silver for a rust-shaking exercise. Went with Volus Sentinel, ended up in a game in progress, everything went fine, nothing seemed amiss.
Second game, I switch to Vorcha Engineer, and I know already from the first game that it's mostly going to be smooth sailing. But I love getting lots of melee kills, so off I go, meleeing away, and apparently enraging some player who was upset that I was, it turned out, leading in score. So on the extraction wave, he started missile glitching to get ahead of me. Which he did, by about 200 points. In retrospect, I wish I'd killed an extra 4 or 5 things, but it's only because it would have pissed him off.

I had a similar experience in some gold games earlier, was messing around with a few builds, got to wave 10 and the pug missiles came out. In fact most of the games today have been marred by poor rocket use. Pugs rocketing groups of enemies behind us while we're doing an escort, pugs spamming missiles during devices (this was especially nasty given it spawned a get prime and a few hunters right next to me defusing the device) or missiles on wave 11. The funny thing was that in a few of those games I wasn't even top score wise and it was player 3 trying to get 2nd place |

Nukes I used 4 missiles on wave 11 last night, but I promise it had nothing to do with score (I never check score during a game as I couldn't give two flying fucks). UUG rolled Jade/Cerberus, appropriately as I was an SI/Mantis. The missiles were all personally directed at Phantoms on my run to the EZ, partly as I'm not used to their on-host DR BS. Helped get the whole team out, so I guess it was still a 'sporting' gesture. I did top score, mind you, by considerably more than those missiles scored. Says more about the glory of the SI than me.  |

Played a couple of games with that scrub heroic, last game we both played volus vanguards with a claymore in a UUG game. I was host but just my luck we were up against cerberus.
The funny thing is that the other 2 pugs kept getting downed and killed. One of them with their lone wolf banner started spamming rockets on wave 11 and then quickly left after the game. I guess getting carried by 2 claymore volus vanguards was upsetting lol

Frustrating- UUG game against reapers. I was playing a juggy. Game was going OK until about wave 6, then 2 of the pugs lost any manner of logic they once had, abonded doing objectives and just decided they wanted to kill things. The only problem is they kept getting downed or synced.
We get to wave 11 and the same two idiots start spamming rockets.

Recommended  Had a couple of sessions with |N7|Renegade and NassanaDantius (I think they have been mentioned here before) and both check all the boxes: Capable, team players, melee between waves, non cookie cutter kits and some fun comments over the chat. Some new blood players tagged along for the ride and made the Avenger as deadly as possible on full auto, with everyone pitching in on objective waves. At times it felt almost like a - dare I say it? - BSN lobby   |

Zombie mod + massive lag. Or maybe not even lag but the host's computer wasn't keeping up with the number of AI threads because the enemies were reacting so slowly and I wasn't dying much despite abysmal refresh rate.
In other news, I got permbanned from r/MECoOp for naming&shaming PowerDandy.

DispenserOfLove and PowerDandy are the same guy. And what can I say except "the mods don't actually care about enforcing their own rules but just try to protect their circlejerk", otherwise it would be their loss not mine because I was the only user there posting mechanical breakdowns and master gameplay. Still, I'm distraught that so many new players will lose their guidance. Looking back here, my jihad lasted 14 months and I was martyred in the end. But I think some dent in the consciousness has been made, now stay classy BSN and let's keep watching the Discord communities we're established in continue to overthrow that shithole.

Fortunately, my only negative PC experiences have been DispenserOfLove and Alientech (and even the latter is just a mild annoyance).
