Creepy in a weird way kind of lag match where despite some noticeable delay, everything else seemed off. Like it was too quiet... or maybe it's just a side affect for being MIA for a week.

It was on White against Platinum Primes with two duds for pugs (the no consumables on Platinum kind) and a competent AIU Crusader and no Snap Freeze, because classy. We wiped wave 10 Targets after AIU got synced and me not having a 4th rocket and gels for last target. Knew match was going to end this way because every time some utterly useless pug rockets the last enemy of an earlier wave, you know for sure they won't rocket even one wave 10 targets. It's like pugs law.

So, I'm hosting. Go into game. Squad looks good with decent gear and CP/N7 points on them. Two people leave and two PUGS join.

Mission fail in wave 8. Team was all dead, so I was soloing (did a lot of that). I got cocky, was about to kill the last Prime, but it f**ked me by putting a turret behind, just as I was about to land killing shot...stagger, dead. Was out of Gels and Ops by that stage.

The two PUGs that joined - one of them had joined in Wave 2 - they had 11,000 points by the end. The other had about 5000 points [correction 8000].
The other team mate was a Geth Trooper. He and I got 200,000 points each before we wiped.

How do you get 11,000 points playing Platinum for six waves? =MINDBLOWN ... let alone 5000!!! =MINDBLOWN²

MESSAGE TO NEW PUGS: Platinum is not a spectating arena for you to come and die in so you can watch better players do what you can't...that's what Gold is for. Hehehe

I've run across him several times now.  Starts in wave one and spends the entire time standing around like a lemon.  He only kills stuff that runs up and hits him.  Sadly, I can't (or maybe I should mod my game and host more often).

One of the little pleasures of this game is being able to combine those two excellent sports



of bug hunting and pigeon shooting.

PuG match, all newer players. Preset to Glacier Reapers Gold. I decide Kroguard Reegar AP3 is totally appropriate, as the last to join is a brand new N7 level 9 Human Vanguard with Katana.

Apparently, while playing relatively smart, dude didn't understand that Charge restores shields, while Nova uses shields. Revived him at least three times for Nova-ing swarmers without charging one first. His concern for Swarmers won my heart.

Yeah, it should be [Missile Launcher] Swarmer, everyone knows that.

Cupcakes and Shame...

A tale of a competent TGI (me) who had stuff in the oven and started a match anyway but had to run off and rotate the pans and came back and was already meat donut material (Banshee had her way with me) and this happened twice during the match when I had then to pull the cupcakes out of the oven.

We still managed to finish just fine.

But, oops. I was selfish.

That guy is trolling some of us (including me) for years now. Never helping with objectives, almost never moving, constantly dying on gold+, never reviving anyone, mostly playing Juggernaut.
Now i see that he's doing it also on silver. That's even more pathetic.

I joined mid-game. After a wave of playing, someone gets on the mic to say "Guys, you have to stay over here with us or this is going to go badly." I look around to see were everyone is at. The AIU has been running around like a lunatic using up 50 grenades per wave (though I only had to revive him once the entire match), so it had to be one of the other two that talked. Sure enough, the harrier TGI and black widow Destroyer are trying to hold the LZ. Yeah, I'm going to go stand there with no useful cover while a pair of Primes and a squad of Rocket Troopers are firing at me. Not happening. So I followed the AIU around and we mowed through spawns with ease while the other two had fun with their revive-chains.

No Way I'm Going To Be Bottom!

I dropped into a reaper gold match on my jug at wave 3 end. Near match end, I had overhauled the third player by a wide margin. I guessed he wasn't pleased because at wave 11, he spam killed the spawns. I didn't get into the pissing match and merely watched him scurry around, hurrying to the spawn spots with his biggest codpiece. The mighty effort put him at third. rotflol.
