Wipe

Started up a Gold lobby with a PUG against bugs (hey that rhymes), then after a bit of a duo around Wave 4 another PUG drops in, then another a wave later. Well, Wave 6 was a bit of a cluster and the 3rd PUG had enough I guess so they bailed, which left me with a dead teammate and another Volus teammate who had a medigel addiction. I swear BSNers don't have shit on this guy when it comes to rage-geling.

Anyway, we get through that cluster and make it all the way to Wave 10. I'm down to my last gel from being a noober-kaboober and sacrificing myself to res my teammates. We get pizza delivery and I successfully get the first one to the LZ but oh boy, that 2nd one. Yeah, let's just say my Geth ended up as a broken toaster after the Collectors got through with me. The 1st PUG (the Volus) was out of gel, and the other refused to gel so we wiped. Legion would be disappoint.

White/Geth/Gold

Took my Jav/GI into gold ( I know, what a fekking scurb I am ). At one point our Cabal went ragemode and nuked everything in sight. But I think less so because of the annoying geth, but rather because I was killing stuff too fast for him/her. After that I had a groupie in him/her. Followed me around, shooting a load up my fleshlight, trying to get me killed by denying me cover ( never worked btw, because rha ) and blocking my los. I didn´t let it bother me though. To top it off, he went down with just 2 secs to go in the lz. Fission Mailed. I wonder if I had been on Ecksbawks or peaseatree would I have gotten sum glorious hatemail??

Perhaps we could try a trio sometime over the next couple days? Since I have this week off I can come online in the mornings. I saw you this morning, so I know we could technically do it
What says you, MPApr2012 , would that be ok? This should also be interesting since we are all quite far apart. NZ, Japan, Germany. That will go well It would be like the Bermuda triangle where ships connections get lost.

Edit: Also, of course on Kiwi host because I finally want to try that 3 shot Raider that he claims everyone will get

I'm game - not just because of the potential hilarity of this whole thing, but also because of a great chance to play with you both
A quick note though: lag does cripple my performance, but since it's already as crippled as they come, it won't be as noticeable.
And yeah, we need some American presence to make it perfect - although I can ping some of my Russian friends if you wish, that's never a bad idea.

That's quite a tall order - sounds like, "you must attempt to divide by zero".
Although Origin itself did manage to divide me by zero several times over the last two days. I mean, I'm quite calm and patient when I'm playing, but this thing might just manage to piss me off. And - the worst part of it - I won't be able to go falcon-punching Derperus afterwards.

Them baddies never stood a chance.
Although trying to PUG after such games is never a good idea, because you get out of those in sweat, blood and tears - and probably with the sign "Mission Failed", because you happen to forget how bad some PUGs can be, and the degree of stupidity of things they can do.

When someone says "try to revive downed teammates next time", reply with "try to gel next time"

Clear-in-translation

Couldn't find a gold match so I dropped into a plat on my jug. I always do that if I'm dropping in blind and not knowing who're the other players. Found two playing Cerberus plat on Hydra. To my surprise, one is the player I often see hosting geth gold matches; are you trying to swim out of your pool? No idea about the other one, he's playing a vorcha soldier.

Dropped a few times to ravagers shooting across the map in wave 3, then phantom, brute and ravager all ganged up on me. Objective was kill targets. The choice was either to missile them or go to the target. I chose to go to the target because I'd rather save the missiles for wave 11, so I went down since the other geth host player was huddled at one end and the vorcha soldier swam in now and then to hit the targets. All targets were taken out in time. It was a confusing affair.

Then on to the other waves. A 4th player dropped in and then went out after a few minutes. Then everything converged at one point. I went down, the other two went down and so forth. After wave 4, I think, the vorcha player got mad at me. It's pretty clear. He fired missiles at me, melee and so forth. Oh ok, you're angry, I'll leave, happy hunting. I doubt you're going to survive with your expending so many missiles on me unless you plan to mod. Happy duo fragging.

So why did he get mad? Maybe he's frothing at the mouth; you're a f******* jug but you're lousy. Died and make us die. Or maybe it's; you should let me phosh phosh everything with my fire, but you had to die and make me die too and make my friend die too. Or maybe it's; why did you stay here and not wander out there? Stupid jug, you pull everything in there and make us die.  Or maybe he got mad because I was armed with a reegar and he couldn't get the points to beat it fast enough.

Anyway, mate. The next time I see you, I'll leave you in peace to your phosh phosh.

Before the plat, dropped into a Reaper gold and saw a familar name; Carry A Towel. This is one of the very good players so I know I don't have to worry over much. Didn't complete it because one of the players spawn kill. *yawn*

Then it was another Reaper match on Dagger. Everything went well. I was annoyed because one of the players dropped in the last 20 secs and didn't gel. It was risky but I went to get him all the same. Got him up, died, self gel and ran to the LZ with 4 secs left. Didn't make it. Oh well, silly player made me failed.

So I haven't been playing multi lately. Pugged 1,5 games today and I bumped into this squad.



Well, could've been worse, right? Most of the waves looked like this:



When he used his nukes, I immediately followed with mine. Wanted to see if I could make him call me out on that, or make him angry Unfortunately there was no response whatsoever. He participated in all objectives, used Claymore on AIU instead of Reegar, shouted at another pug for not standing in the hack circle etc. I mean, it's the end of the world, isn't it?
