Mad Much? Dropped into a lobby with names I don't recognise on my geth engineer. Popped into Vancouver Reaper gold. The other three were in a gaggle, staying in the middle of the map, left, near the stairs. I stayed at the back to prevent (or try to) any spawn at the LZ. If they were shouting something, saying anything, I couldn't hear since I disabled mic, etc. 4th player left. Another came in. The other two players I guessed were pals. Because, for some reason, they got bopping mad. Wave 2, one of them went down, near me. I tried to go to him but I recently bought a new game KB (last week in fact and I'm still mis-hitting keys) so I'm not used to the thick keys so my fingers fumbled. His friend gel him. Then the rez player came over to me and start meleeing. I'm guessing he told his friend, the host, something because the match was then dropped. Mad much? Moved on to other matches which were very good.

JuicyLate last night I went pugging with my Huntress, Cerbs/Reactor/G, played with some Turians, and got my Spectre Mastery. It felt especially juicy 'n' sweet, as the last points rolled in after listening a Phantom whine and moan from dark channel. **** Also this happened in another match to a Volguard - Volus was so fluid that s/he oozed through the metal grates on Jade floor. Poor guy was apparently dangling by his breather! We all just gawked there amused for a bit, while the Volus' KroGuard friend tried to revive a few times until it finally worked. The volus actually didn't respawn on LZ, but instead just continued rolling around from that spot.

EXCELLENT! (and a confession) Excellent was not just the last match, no. I think I played 10 games tonight and I played with some absolutely great and experienced players. I've recognised some of the names (not from here though, I don't think I ran into a BSNer today), and damn, I absolutely enjoyed every single game! My Asari Adept match wasn't the greatest as I went down a ridiculous amount, but everything else was fantastic. And then came the last match... A new PUG (I stalked, less than 3hrs played), no consumables, a Vanguard, a Crusader I. We got HReactor/Trollectors. The other player that had joined me and my colleague was awesome and together we curried this PUG to glory the LZ. They even camped there at the beginning of extraction wave, then saw we all were hanging out at the far end from there and came running our way, not leaving our side again So, maybe something was learned. Either way, mission successful! And now for the confession. Forgive me, BSN, for I have sinned I slapped the Reegar on my QMI and I LOVED it The cheese is real with this gun, especially with Incendiary Ammo, but I actually didn't even like it the 2 times I tried it so far and I have never finished the challenge, which I want to do now at least once. I was really worried I would die so much by trying to play even more stupidly and recklessly, but it was actually pretty fine. So much fun!

As one of the most vocal critics of the Reegar, even I will admit to using it on Quarians without (much) shame (occasionally, for CP). Melee QFI would be a favourite, and bearing in mind that BSN wisdom allows that pretty much anything goes on Plat, the QME is devastating with it. Paladin. I ran into two decent sets of pugs and finished off the night with a triple Paladin run on Reactor Hazard against Collectors. The host and I ran a bit rampant but the third guy earned my respect too by joining in with triple fire shield melees between waves. Boink!

Only slightly soured by two pugs using their missiles to pad their scores ( I didn´t use one btw, despite being tempted to put 2 of em in their place ).

Tried to find a Gold for five minutes, gave up and looked for Silver for five minutes before giving up and starting solo and getting Collectors (also... boned.)
After some fiddling about I finally landed in a pre-set Geth Gold lobby, so I grabbed the KroLord and beat machines into whatever the machine equivalent of "pulp" is. >8)

Crickets Dropped into a Reaper gold on Giant, wave 2. The first thing that struck me was the silence. Why was it so quiet? That's weird. Then I looked at the right and saw three skull icons behind the wall. They were all together. Uh oh. Must be brutes. I popped in just in time to prevent the match from ending. I sidled over to the wall and looked around. No brutes. Two Marauders! That told me straight away what kind of group I was in. Killed the two and stayed with the three musketeers. They did well, everyone made it out in wave 11.

Yesterday, while playing with Sonashii and larsdt we were joined by that (Dodo bird) an excellent PUG: v1ktee , playing a classy HSol/CSR; revived, participated in all objectives and not even once used a nuke without a good reason. To sum it up, highly recommended.

To sum it up, highly recommended. Yep, I can vouch for that. I felt so bad when I had to leave you guys. During the last game I was trying to end things quickly due to rl issues. I was throwing myself into many stupid situations. Like some sort of scorewhore But overall very nice games indeed. So today I had a small pug session. Gotta check how my minions are doing in this cruel world which Puggerlands can be. I'm glad to say - not half bad. Yes, I bumped into Happy Cate and Budhalen. But our host was very good. I think he was called plibnik or similar. We played a couple of games, even platinum wasn't an issue. So definitely I'll have only positive memories from that session. Later on I was invited by my friends (which I've met in Puggerlands a couple of months ago ) N7-ME3-4ever and Chris1602B. If you ever bump into them, give them a shoutout. They are very nice guys and good players. Although I think they only play platinum.. nevermind So we were having a nice infiltrator trio on London vs. Bugz (Inert would love to play with 3 infiltrators haha), and we were joined by AIU/Reegar during later waves. So nothing unusual here. S/he died a couple of times, but never nuked a single spawn, so it was a nice surprise. Then s/he changed kit to GI/Black Widow. Huh, so now you're taking things seriously. Very well. - I thought. I assumed that earlier AIU was just his/her insurance, because pugging platinum is a high risk The rest of us took Paladin, Volus Engie and Havoc/Striker for a spin. We got Jade/Reapers, so could've been worse, right? Everything was going smooth, without any trouble. Objectives on wave 3 and 6 were very kind - 2 short escorts. Our GI had a solid pts lead, so you can imagine how I was raising my eyebrows when this PUG started nuking spawns during W10 escort I think he participated for just a couple of seconds, near the destination. I don't understand, why. Yes, I closed the gap, but not by much. He still had like 30k lead. Welp, as they say - karma hit that one pretty hard during the extraction. And she had a shape of this lady Some of eagle-eyed viewers may notice a small detail Okay, now I have to admit. I was a dick and when I saw that s/he was about to get grabbed, I watched it and turned away. I could've easly use a missile there. But s/he almost jeopardized the mission with his/her incompetence and lust for score I guess my gulags are going to have a new member after this day

Turret.
I was goofing around trying to level up my LV7 Sal Eng. Working on Phaeston points for Council Operative challenges. Join in on wave 2 of Firebase White Hazard against Reapers and it's just a Tur Saboteur running around. It's just the two of us, but I start to notice that my Incinerate is not beating the turret to the punch. It's blasting/firing and kicking butts. My comment to the void was: "I think the turret would outscore both of us." I think I spent most of the game watching that little turd kill everything I was shooting at! LOL

Missile Glitcher!
On lol-PC!!
On host!!!
Well, it's not entirely true. Or not true at all. That's to put it more accurately. It's just the other day i felt i got the closest yet to becoming one heh. Was hosting a public lobby got hit with a really weird lag spike which coincided with my (futile) attempt to save a puggie. Swapping to Cobra sequence went kinda through but the missile did not go off only to fire off the whole supply shortly after with no involvement from mewhatsoever heh

"I'm so sorry". Bumped into MPApr2012 and andy_3_913 just now - and scrubbed both games badly. The first game was... Something. I've never seen teleporting geth before, and my Geth Scanner (yes, I'm trying to eat that cactus anyway) would show exactly that. Even my in-game console refused to work (probably because of so many keyboard layouts I have), so I couldn't even tell MPApr2012 that I was a bit confused there. Of all my consumables only medi-gel would still work reliably (unlike missiles - I couldn't seem to be able switch to that effing launcher - and Ops Packs, which would just make my corpse shine bright like a diamond). Just add in my overall low skill (and getting used to the character I can't really play well, despite liking him) - and there you go, one more decoy on your team. The other two guys didn't seem to be helpful either. I'm really sorry I was of no help and made things even worse. As for the game with andy_3_913 ... Got sync-killed on a ramp, because I didn't watch my barriers I forgot that a ramp is NOT a friend if it's not a steep one and sync-kill units can stand on the same level with you. And I wasn't careful enough overall, so got dropped a lot by Ravagers and Marauders. What a shame. I should stick to soloing Bronze, in fact. Really sorry for that mess, guys.

Uh-huh.. this gonna b gud. I better grab my popcorn Even my in-game console refused to work (probably because of so many keyboard layouts I have), Sounds about right. With the super laggy game, you'll get that. Of all my consumables only medi-gel would still work reliably Damn right it better to work properly! Because you'll need all the medi-gel you can get on this host (unlike missiles - I couldn't seem to be able switch to that effing launcher - and Ops Packs, which would just make my corpse shine bright like a diamond) Sigh... story of my life. he other two guys didn't seem to be helpful either. Looks like usual day in the Puggerlands. I have my Gulags already prepared for them. Don't you worry! I'm really sorry I was of no help and made things even worse. Nah, don't be silly. That's the nature of host from NZ, am I right Apry? You have to be patient and calm. You gotta endure it, treat it like a purgatory, believing that that's how it meant to be. TL;DR - Nothing to see here. Some usual NZ host shenanigans PS. Did it look like this?

MPApr2012. Nice chap. His internet tho..... (Only joking mate. I still haven't forggotten ) I didn't recognise you, sorry. Wasn't a bad game. Though it went a bit wonky towards the end. This guy almost got his genitals bitten off

Damn right it better to work properly! Because you'll need all the medi-gel you can get on this host I used it ALL in two (?) waves - and those two sorry rockets I did manage to pull out. That's the nature of host from NZ, am I right Apry? You have to be patient and calm. You gotta endure it, treat it like a purgatory, believing that that's how it meant to be. Actually, NZ is not that far away from me - I mean, I'm in Japan, and it should take only some 14 hours by plane to get there, so... But yeah, it was kinda hard - and it could be damn funny at the same time if I didn't want to curl up under my kotatsu and die in shame. PS. Did it look like this? Nah, this is DECENT. It looks like the game I usually play off-host - and this one is really not bad, I must say. You hardly got any rubber-banding there, you could take cover, and it took the game only some ms to register a shotgun kill. I usually get things way worse than those. Don't ask me why I don't quit those games immediately though

MPApr2012. Nice chap. His internet tho..... I guess it was more of me being thousands of miles away I didn't recognise you, sorry. Wasn't a bad game. Though it went a bit wonky towards the end. Nothing to be sorry about - I'm a newb and a PUG, so there's no way you could recognize someone you didn't know But since we are both registered here, I just wanted to say sorry for my bad performance (yes, that lame ass Paladin screwing up all BEs and rushing right into the heat was me... ugh, give him a boot in the ass next time he drops in your lobby). This guy almost got his genitals bitten off Damn, this one is hilarious Even more so if you think there's a quad...

Awoo? O.o*
Our story begins with one of those seemingly irrelevant facts whose significance only becomes clear at the end of the story: When I "quickmatched" I ended up hosting a lobby with one other player, something that used to happen rarely, then occasionally, but is nowadays quite common.
After a few minutes, I decided to trust that the Vorcha Soldier knew what he was doing and started a duo. It worked out, because it was hazard ghost and I was using a BW Drell Assassin, so even the fact that it was Cerberus wasn't likely to ruin my day.
At this point, our story pauses for one of those actually irrelevant details, which is that one of the two players who joined us in progress was blasting music over their mic for about a minute before they actually loaded in. My first bout of confusion was trying to figure out how muting the other two players in the game had failed to resolve the issue. Luckily, my two non-irritating companions revived me three times while I kept trying to mute the culprit.
The culprit, by the way, was using a melee juggernaut and on top of that he sucked!
Since everyone else was good, the game went quite smoothly except for a recurring problem I was having...
For some weird reason, my Phantom headshots were not killing them. In fact, on average, it was taking me at least 4 shots to kill one, and frequently more. It seemed to get worse as the game went on (it did not, it simply became more noticeable as the number of Phantoms running around per wave increased.)
Eventually, I remembered that due to a fluke of matchmaking, I was actually hosting, and therefore was only doing about 10% damage to the Phantoms. Normally, if I host, I switch to Shadow to take advantage of no lag, and Phantoms are exceptionally easy to deal if we get Cerberus. I had totally forgotten that Phantoms were a nightmare on host because of how long it had been since I'd actually done it without Shadow Strike.
*Smiley added to continue my rebellious reputation for not following the rulez.

Unbelievable Vayne_Demmora52. Everybody on PS3(the five people still around ), remember that name... and kick the guy as soon as you see him. Shameless missile glitcher(Adas Destroyer), trash talker(though I'll admit, perhaps I earned a bit of that myself, when I send him PM containing "looser" once it became obvious what he was trying to do) and a guy who still think rank(I assume he meant N7 with that), still means something, as he was quick to point out once I told him that he didn't defeat me at "my own game"(his words). Once I pointed it to him that he didn't defeat me because he cheated, his reply was "win is win lol loser". And once I replied with "no, it isn't, though given the level of maturity you displayed in that game, it is not suprising that the distinction eludes you", he finally shut up An all around unpleasant individual. I stuck around because I kept hoping I could draw a phantom to him to sync him, or that we would get pizza delivery on any of objective waves or that I could convince the other two players to let him handle the hacks on objective waves himself. It all failed, but at least we got rid of him quickly afterwards And that's when the patting on the back and insulting of your truly begin. I actually feel kinda sad for him, but hey, trolls be trolls. Still couldn't resist to pointing out how much he has to suck at the game if he has to missile glitch on Gold and how tiny his dick must be and that missile glitching won't change that But yeah... if you see him, kick him.

Uh huh Took my jug for a spin. Dropped into a collector match. I just marched around until infil boo boo spawn kill for no reason. Buh bye. Dropped into another collector match on my geth engineer. Going well. End of wave 10, host paused *significantly* Uh huh, I know that pause. Sure enough, off went three missiles at spawns. Last laugh for us three, he dropped in the last second at the LZ to a scion blast.
