Too bad about this game release date. I'm not sure what Ubisoft was thinking with it, it's basically committing suicide. Maybe they don't have high hopes for it, but it looks like people are liking it (at least the Switch crowd). I was more interested in this than AC Valhalla, but Cyberpunk 2077 comes first.  No surprise there given i thas got Zelda like vibes to it. It does look a lot of fun though so I'm looking forward to playing when I get round to it. May take a look once I clear the hurdle of games that I want to play first.Because I alread yhad a plan to tackle som eof m ybacklog befoer I even heard about this game so want to do that first before giving this a look in. I have bought it though so it's jus tgoin gt ohave to sit in my backlog in the meantime. Thankfully I have zero interest in Cyberpunk and little interest in Valhalla tbh so going for this was never really a problem. I may get Valhalla later but I'm giong to see how I get on with Origins and Oddysey first before I make that choice.

Yeah i don't know if i will buy this game it's mostly the cartoony style that i don't like that much anymore i outgrew it or something like that.  And another thing is that i will definitely wait until i hear positive things ( bugs glitches ) about Immortal Fenix.  Because the last two Ubi games were at least for me somewhat a disaster.  |

And another thing is that i will definitely wait until i hear positive things ( bugs glitches ) about Immortal Fenix.  Because the last two Ubi games were at least for me somewhat a disaster.  I'm few hours in and I encountered 1 pretty jarring visual glitch with my horse (head moves, headpiece doesn't, resulting in levitating cloth when it looks around). Some animations are also kinda... awkward, but I think it has less to do with bugs and glitches, and more with just quality of animations. Aside from that, nothing really caught my eye, for now at least. Granted, I'm on Switch and someone on another platform can have different problems.

While - as I mentioned before in What did you do thread - it does feel like Ubi game in menu, inventory, and map aspect, most gameplay choices feel heavily influenced by BotW (even after using wings for the first time I went "hey, paraglider!"). Sure, those two might lower the interest in it, but if it fails, I don't think those games are going to be the reason. And if it succeeds, it's not "against all odds" ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

My comment about "suicide" was more over the fact that everyone is currently talking about Cyberpunk 2077. Immortals: Fenyx Rising release is just getting drowned in all that noise. The only people talking about Fenyx right now are the Switch crowd really...and they aren't getting Cyberpunk so... I don't think non-Switch crowd would talk about it anyway. That's a wrong assumption. I'm seeing PC players who are enjoying the game too (even saying it's the better Ubisoft game released this year). There is just more talk from the Switch crowd. Also, the fact that I do not own a Switch is pretty much why I'm interested in the game. I can't play BOTW on my PC, but this I can...it's just that its release date is very unfortunate.

Just started playing Horizon Zero Dawn on PC today and enjoying it so far. Haven' tgot far yet but UI like what I've seen so far.

Also, the fact that I do not own a Switch is pretty much why I'm interested in the game. I can't play BOTW on my PC, but this I can...it's just that its release date is very unfortunate. Yeah I think those that like Zelad like games tha tdon' town a Nintendo will enjoy this game. Not played it yet but it looks a lot of fun to me. O ra tleast a gam eI think I'll enjo yonc eI get used t ohow it handles. But yeqah th eswoun dcomin gout from Cyberpunk is pertty deafenin but personally I couldn't caer less for that game as it's not my general style.

I think I worded it poorly. I know PC crowd would talk about it (hell, I didn't own Switch when they first annouced it and I was still planning to get it, on PC at that time), but I don't think they were the main target, thus why I don't think it's that much big of a deal for Ubi. But... yeah, maybe it's a bit unfortunate release date. But Ubi knew what it was doing with AC: Valhalla and Immortals release dates, and as for Cyberpunk 2077, with all release date changes, I was almost unavoidable for them to not get shafted a bit

The game has surprised me. I thought it was going to be a cutesy adventure, but the vault puzzles are rather fiendish.  It reminds me of the original God of War (if slightly more forgiving and better looking). Hm maybe i should give it a try and play this Immortal Fenix.  I felt it was a bit cartoony for maybe 20 minutes, but the game quickly hooked me. I haven't personally encountered a single bug, glitch or crash (20 hours in on Xbox). |

Yeah, they can be  I one of the vaults I've spend unholy amount of time moving wooden crates just to get to bonus chest. Of course I managed to smash them to pieces, twice
