One of the info papers I got handed to me before getting my first Pfizer dose contained a list of ingredients used in the vaccine. That's most likely because the jab now has an FDA approval; it's no longer under emergency use authorization. You are entitled to know what you are being injected with.

So...this is really just a place to bash antivaxxers, then? Looking at other forums it seems like everyone has found their place either in the anti-vaxxer fanatics or in the vaccine-fanatics camp. There are very few people with a moderate mindset left. Same goes for politics.

If you are really interested, you can probably get the info from your local health dept. Or, since I didn't feel like a.) digging out my paperwork and b.) typing it all here, use your Google-fu to find this :

And so I did: The vaccine includes the following ingredients: mRNA, lipids ((4- hydroxybutyl)azanediyl)bis(hexane-6,1-diyl)bis(2-hexyldecanoate), 2 [(polyethylene glycol)-2000]-N,N-ditetradecylacetamide, 1,2-Distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, and cholesterol), potassium chloride, monobasic potassium phosphate, sodium chloride, dibasic sodium phosphate dihydrate, and sucrose. Nothing special, except maybe the lipid (second in the list) that has it's own Wikipedia page: ALC-0315

Which one improves mobile phone coverage? Which one is the surveillance chip that tells the lizard people what my movements are? In good news on the vaccination effort in my country; we've just gone past 75% single dose coverage(which is what I thought our cap would be based on polls of people who said they would 'not get it under any circumstances'). So that's encouraging. We've seen daily jab rates fall off a cliff, though. I think it's unlikely high numbers of people who've received one dose won't go through with getting their second, but 75% is way too short of the 90% health officials think we need to be able to 'open up' again.

I'm too tired to go into specifics, but a few more unvaccinated relatives of people I know have died. It's always the same. They have deathbed regrets that do no one any good. What a mess.
Due to my health concerns, I'll be getting the booster soon. Then I'll be better protected for resuming my normal healthcare treatments, assuming the facilities aren't overrun with unvaccinated.
In my city, all healthcare systems united in requiring 100% vaccination among their employees. It's a relief, as being in a tightly confined exam room with an unvaccinated person is entirely contrary to all my efforts and the very directives doctors themselves have given. Once the timeline advances far enough that all such staff will have achieved peak immunity, I'll finally be able to resume treatments I've had to delay.

The daily numbers is our current outbreak continue to bounce around a bit, more than 6 weeks in. We're seeing it be consolidated into small, localised clusters though, which I guess means the restrictions are working, albeit much more slowly than they did with the OG Covid. But that's to be expected, I suppose. Delta is a stone cold bitch.
According to the Ministry of Health, we're seeing about 78-80% of the outbreak without any vaccination and the remainder with only one dose. I have doubts that will move the needle much for those who believe the absurd disinformation about the vaccine that is out there, but it might.

I'm too tired to go into specifics, but a few more unvaccinated relatives of people I know have died. It's always the same. They have deathbed regrets that do no one any good. What a mess. That's awful. Among my family and friends nobody has even had covid (to their knowledge). Even among my neighbors who are 80% elderly (the oldest couple in their 90s) no deaths and, again, nobody even mentioned they had it. I DO hear from families of friends and coworkers that some people have had it and a couple are not fully recovered months later. But again, no deaths or even hospitalizations. So to me the threat of covid is still an abstract situation. Like a weird nightmare I'm not sure is even real. Of course it is. And I'm more scared of the virus than I should be. It's just so strange. I don't know if I'm just surrounded by cautious and now vaccinated people or if everyone just got lucky. I hope I don't lose a family member or my favorite elderly neighbor to this virus. Most are vaccinated. My best friend isn't and won't get the jab unless forced, so fingers crossed. From what I gather from anecdotal evidence is that you can't tell who's going to end in the ICU or worse. There are terribly sick old people who shrug it off and then there's much younger healthier people who die. Obviously there is a reason why the virus kills some people. But it's not a pattern we fully understand yet. The immune system is too complex. It's not a gamble I'm personally willing to take, so I got the shot as soon as I could. But I understand why certain low risk groups don't want to get vaccinated. And they are very likely going to be fine. Anybody who isn't vaccinated at this point is fine taking the risk. Just sucks for their families if they end up dead.

It's just so strange. I don't know if I'm just surrounded by cautious and now vaccinated people or if everyone just got lucky. It's largely the same for me. I don't know - personally - anyone that has actually had this thing. But - like vaccines - this just means the public health response is a victim of its own success. When diseases fall from view due to high vaccine rates, people think they're dead and gone and they don't need to worry about them anymore. And unfortunately, that just isn't true. And they are very likely going to be fine. Anybody who isn't vaccinated at this point is fine taking the risk. Just sucks for their families if they end up dead. I think that if it were only the person choosing not to get vaccinated that was at risk, no-one would really care. I'd shake my head and wonder what was wrong with them - like I would seeing someone who drove without a seatbelt - and then move on with my day. But every person who can be vaccinated safely - a tiny, tiny percentage can't and that's fine - but chooses not is a point of weakness. They're an opening for the virus to mutate into something worse and something that might be resistant to the vaccines we currently have.

Anybody who isn't vaccinated at this point is fine taking the risk. Just sucks for their families if they end up dead. Well, it also sucks for the people who did get (or can't get) vaccinated, but now can't get treatment or surgery for other conditions because health care workers are busy taking care of covid patients or because clinics are short staffed. I'm not in favor of forced vaccination, but I also think people who refuse to get vaccinated should be taking other measures to keep from spreading covid to others. Unfortunately, most anti-vaxxers around where I live think that if they don't believe covid is a big deal, then they should be able to spread it around at will. But again, no deaths or even hospitalizations. Just because someone doesn't die or end up in the hospital doesn't mean its ok and you can dismiss it as no big deal. I had covid before the vaccine was available. I had obvious symptoms for about a month afterward, and since then, my "asthma" has been worse than usual. I put "asthma" in quotes because the symptoms aren't really responding to my asthma meds, (even when the dose was increased and another med was added) so I don't think it's actually asthma. I'd love to know whether I've got the lung scarring they found in some patients.

They're an opening for the virus to mutate into something worse and something that might be resistant to the vaccines we currently have. For those who can't get vaccinated it sucks. The shitty part is that they wouldn't be safe even among a 100% vaccinated population because infections happen anyway. Even deaths among vaccinated people. I'm very very much pro vaccination and got my shots as soon as I could. And I do believe those who refuse are very selfish. At the same time I believe it's a dick move to more or less force everyone into getting the shot by such measures ass not paying for their quarantine time anymore, like Germany's government decided. I hate this backdoor forced vaccination strategy that will only make fewer and fewer people get tested or even come to work sick, just so they can pay their rent. At this point 99,9% of adults can protect themselves from unvaccinated people. And that will have to be enough. The virus will keep mutating anyway in counties where few people are vaccinated. I'm very much against the witch hunt against unvaccinated people. I think it's ugly and when I read comments by some people and the kind of punishment they demand for the unvaccinated, I get scared. We really don't need another group of people walking around with a star to mark them as lesser beings...

I think it's ugly and when I read comments by some people and the kind of punishment they demand for the unvaccinated, I get scared. What kind of punishments are you referring to? If you mean denying treatment to antivaxxers, then yeah, that's messed up, though I haven't heard of anyone in power actually suggesting doing this, just comments and venting on social media. It's a slippery slope, in any case. Many medical emergencies are at least somewhat the "fault" of the patient, whether the cause be distracted driving, a lifetime of eating fatty foods, or smoking, or whatever. Are we denying those people treatment, too? I do understand the frustration of people who have to put off medical treatment because their local hospital or clinic has no remaining capacity. (Such as my own local hospitals.) The antivaxxers I encounter never have a response to this. I mean, lack of hospital capacity would be a problem no matter what the cause was, but when it's caused by a disease that could have been prevented by a shot, a mask, or social distancing, the situation is all the more infuriating.

Just the other night Jimmy Kimmel said people who are unvaccinated shouldn't get a bed, to standing ovation. There is also an entire subreddit that is dedicated to celebrating people who die without the vax. r/hermancainaward As to your second part, well I cant reply because of you know the "misinformation" campaign.
