Just to temper expectations a bit here, the XBox event is apparently going to be a small one. But EA Play was just announced:
Electronic Arts #stayandplay @ea EA Play Live goes digital in 2020! See you on June 11th at 4pm PST... World premieres, news and more! www.ea.com/eaplay
What makes you think the Xbox event will be a small one?
I think it was Shinobi who mentioned it yesterday.
Ah, okay. Well, I don't think it will be too small an event since they'll be showing multiple games off. Maybe not E3 presentation big thus 'small', but still.

Shinobi602: ''"Event" might be embellishing what's coming next just a little bit. But think it might be a nice appetizer.''
''Don't be disheartened, it'll still be fun.''
Apparently there's going to be another XBox event later in the summer (hinting at July), and we'll see more 1st party games at that one.

In any case, it's likely that EA will keep some announcements, reveals and similar things for its own conference, and maybe give something to the Xbox event if they made a deal similar to what Ubisoft seems to have make for Valhalla.
Yeah, that will go over well. “Hey, we know you want the next DA and ME game, but instead let’s just talk about our worst received game ever that put the other two on seemingly hiatus.”
Well I imagine their goal here is to turn things around like No Man's Sky / FF Realm Reborn did, and we know they are committing a lot of resources towards it.
Now, you can argue whether or not they'll actually achieve that kind of turnaround, but there's no question they're putting in a lot of work to try and get there.
"Committing a lot of resources "?
If there are links that I can take a look I'd appreciate it.
If EA has backed Bio into Anthem 2 it's because of the back-end revenue potential that ME:A did not have. Otherwise, I'd wager EA would have given Bio the nod to do ME:A 2. All of this means that Anthem 2.0 will be geared towards the continuous online revenue stream that EA is so fond of at the expense of game play fun (imo).

So that means no Halo Infinite this week? Well, I just lost any excitement I had for Thursday’s thing.

Unfortunately. They've already stated it though a week ago that only 3rd party titles will be at the show. 1st party on june. I don't think it will be july since e3 takes place june and it's late imo. We'll see though.

And here I thought I had something to look forward to to help get through this week. I should've known better. I can't think of any 3rd party game where I'm interested in gameplay for.

Here's a couple links. There's more info out there, but it's scattered across Twitter and Resetera:
I don´t think we will anything from Bioware besides a SWTOR new Addon and maybe a look at Anthem 2.0
So just the two games they shouldn't be working on while leaving the two they should hanging out to dry for years. Oh joy. (I say this as someone who liked Anthem).
Everything I have seen on the internet BioWare wouldn't get a win. The narrative would be twisted into pretzel to become problematic just like what you suggested. The few have made it so we cannot have nice things.
To me right now the biggest win BioWare will get is that they don't get any real press about anything they are working on. Besides being quiet about a project is the norm until the last six to eight months of development. Ubisoft did that with Assassin's Creed Valhalla, there were a couple of leaks and at the same time they did nothing except confirm the existence of a sequel until last week.
Ubisoft releases a new Assassin's Creed game every other year or even sometimes every year. Including Valhalla, they will have released 4 main Assassin's Creed games since DAI came out! So, there is not a lot of time between the dlc wrapping up, and Ubisoft being ready to release a trailer for the next game. This is very different from Dragon Age, which will be at least 8 years between games! Other games such as Cyberpunk had several teaser trailers well before the game came out.
The thing about Cyberpunk is according to the Quest Director there were a lot of changes between E3 2018 and E3 2019 for Cyberpunk. I don't see that getting the coverage that a backwards facing gun did in Andromeda. So anything prior to E3 2019 is inaccurate and everything I saw aside from the teaser trailer years ago was someone in the game playing it. So if that was BioWare you would see people pulling a moment from the E3 2018 and claiming that was the most important thing in the game and how betrayed they feel because it was removed or altered. Then you would have the hack websites putting coverage to those feelings because they want clicks and of course the YouTubers coming out in full force. Unlike with CDPR it was mostly ignored or spun to the positive.
EA will announce DICE's new battle_what_not game..
EA will say little if anything about Anthem 2.0. And ditto for DA 4.
EA will announce nothing about remastering Bio games.
I wonder what new mobages they have in mind, I mean EA has the sports games in consoles also in mobile, basically it's literally the famous Fifa ultimate but on your phone, same with the other sports games, and basically raping people wallets with bringing all the huge revenue, what is known as cash cow.
I've seen they have a star wars and Sims mobile games too but they don't seem highly rated, There is also Heroes of Dragon Age but EA hasn't capitalized on the nostalgia of the fans, if they improved the game and the story, or perhaps make a new brand game, they could make a profit, same with Mass Effect, I wonder why they haven't tried to exploit that weakness yet, mobile games in the end are, low effort as possible but try to make as much cash as possible off people, if they made it right, they could have literal gold mines there.

There was Mass Effect: Infiltrator back with Mass Effect 3, but since its an actual game people had to pay for instead of being some grindy repetitive game I don't think it did very well. I tried Heroes of Dragon Age when it was first released and it was a generic mobile game that fuctioned exactly like so many of the others out there and after a bit just uninstalled it. That is the problem with the mobile market for a developer can make something that does resemble a game and nobody buys it and complains that the studio is asking money for it when it should be free or make something that comes across like every other mobile game out there.

I don't know how reliable that source is buttt sounds interesting
Is this the same source that says KOTOR 3 will revolve around a brand new female character that takes place around the fall of the Empire? If so, then as I said elsewhere it seems fishy since that makes no sense.

I would like a trilogy remaster to be announced. I believe if it were to happen, it would sell better than MEA. And depending on how well it sells, it might be enough to convince EA to have Bioware make a sequel to ME3.
