Doing a replay of DA:I now, this will, if successful, be the third time I've completed the game.
For three solid days now, starting from last Thursday, I've done circuits of the Exalted Plains, focussing on the Desolate Bank, Ghilan'nain's Grove and Halin'sulahn. then a circuit of the Hissing Wastes, followed by a trip to Griffon Wing Keep in the Western Approach, because I have the Short List perk.
This is based on an attempt to get the final Venatori Tome to unlock Rift Mage Specialisation.
At the time of this I have done fourteen circuits of the Exalted Plains and visited the keep sixteen times. Thus far not a single Venatori Rifter has spawned, and not a single tome has been in stock.
Frankly I'm ready to just give up and not bother with the specialisation at all. I can do fine without it.
