Very interessing the part about Minrathous. I can´t remember but back then Pre DAI Launch they haven´t talk much about Val Royeaux right?
Therefore i assume that Minrathous is a very important place in Dreadwolf as it should be.

Especially compared to Inquisition; I seem to remember it entering alpha roughly around... probably six months before it was released? Mark Darrah tweeted the alpha 6 months pre-launch. I don't think modern games complete that fast, but fall/winter 23/24 has to be the target surely, and certainly FY 23/24 up to March. |

They should have plenty of time to polish it up for a late 2023 or early 2024 release window. Yeah I am thinking holidays 23. But we will see. I have heard of games with 1-4 years in alpha. Hopefully DAD is closer to the 1 year mark, especially given their prior track records. Do we think they shared this because we expect some more announcements at GA, DA day, etc?

The level of fanfare for this and the title reveal earlier this year are kinda weird. The studio's... unique position really comes through, as if they're trying really hard to keep the fandom engaged and with some faith in them despite having nothing to show yet.
Although, as far as I remember, Bioware has always been a little too eager to announce stuff even when lacking anything substantial, so perhaps this is the company culture persisting.

After all the news about reboots and changing directions it's a relief to see a concrete sign of progress.
Exciting too as there's now an actual chance i could be playing Dreadwolf at Christmas 2023.
Maybe we'll see a trailer with some indication of plot, protagonist identity and a release window at the game awards. That would be nice. Then maybe a gameplay trailer at ea play.
