Fun fact: 5000 + 4999 + 1 = 10000,   but also:  5000^2 - 4999^2 + 1 = 10000

Fun fact: since 5000^2 - 4999^2 is difference of squares this well known formula applies:
a^2-b^2=(a+b )(a-b )
that means that as long as a-b=1
a^2-b^2=(a+b ) for any a and b

It's not impossible. I used to bulls-eye womp rats in my T16 back home, they're not much bigger than 2 metres

Fun fact: A Rubrik's cube can always be re-ordered in 20 moves or less. One "move" being one side being rotated 90 degrees.

Fun fact: To actually find one optimum solution, would have taken 2 billion years, with a very powerful computer, if it wasn't for an algorithmic trick, which makes it possible to find the optimum solution in something like 3 to 1000 hours, still provided it's a very powerful computer. (A PC can't do it yet. That will take many more years of PC development.)

Fun fact: That same algorithmic trick was responsible for forcing some common encryption techniques to require tripling the length of the key, some years back.

Fun fact:  Competition Rubrik cube solvers can reorder the cube in just seconds.  ...But they use 40 - 50 moves to do so.
