*this headcanon worked so unexpectedly well this became my default right off the bat, Rook's predefined relationship with varric translates perfectly for teaming up after over a decade. Beth hardened by family losses/hawke gone in the fade, time with wardens, became tough sarcast taking after her brother. It just so works for me. On top of being just an awesome game. Hell, even going with either Thorne or Rook seem plausible aliases to come up with, they both have a similar ring to em.

I decided to make a dwarf grey warden as my first Rook because it just felt right.

Tweaked a few things with my character. Ended up getting rid of the face paint, I don't know if anybody else is having the same issue but color 3 keeps having a gold shader attached to it that I can't seem to get rid of. When zoomed out it isn't there but whenever it zooms in it is...very odd. I'm having a great time so far though, ended up sticking with warrior after playing each class a bit.
