Definitely going with the Sister Ryder for my first run. FemShep was my first Shepard and I only have 1 or 2 brosheps with like 11 or 12 Femshep runs. That and I love the voice actor since I started following her on twitter.

SisRyder for sure! I almost always gravitate towards a female character given the choice. Though this is the first Mass Effect game to even remotely tempt me to play a male protag, so I'm sure will play BroRyder too at some point.

Will wait to see what we learn of the two siblings, see which one sounds more interesting. BioWare says there are going to be real differences between the two ... overall, not sure that would make me play one over the other in multiple plays through, but it might influence which one I play first.

Eventually, I end up playing about equal numbers of runs of male and female protagonists in most games (if a game inspires me to do multiple runs and gives me a choice of protagonist), so in some ways, this is just a coin flip ... because I'm assuming I'll do multiple runs in ME:A.

Bro Ryder. I played with a female throughout all the previous games and she kicked ass but its time for a new experience. Whether I'll go for the default look or create my own depends how good the customization looks.

Although, I am leaning slightly toward Bro-Ryder. But it depends on how awesome the customization is. I played almost exclusively female Sheps, so am thinking maybe playing a male the first time around will be a nice change.
