Hey, many people thought that Freddie Prinze Jr. would suck at being Vega, and look how well that went. Maybe that magic could work with Chris Tucker!

Seriously, one has to remember that just because they'll use the face and voice doesn't mean the rest will transfer. For example, Yvonne Strahovski isn't brunette...or quite that stacked.

Well, in 4 to 6 months we probably will have all the information.

PeeBee is not necessarily a youngster, despite the clothing purchased at Hot Topic. Drack looks fairly crusty, with his full skull-plate and chin spikes. Vetra doesn't look like a kid, based upon my extensive experience in dealing with female turians. 

One of the recent interviews with Game Informer mentioned that PeeBee was older than Liara, so I would probably put her in the 200, maybe 300 range--still young enough to be a Maiden, but older than what you'd expect.

Also, Liam himself was an ex-cop and was hired as part of security for this kind of job shows that even if he doesn't have a lot of experience, the amount he has was big enough to handle such an assignment.

Also, remember that turians are recruited into service at a VERY young age in comparison to humans. Garrus himself was apparently more in his mid-20s.

So for Liam, the Ryders, Vetra and maybe Cora, I would probably put them more in the mid 20s range -- not super-young, but young enough where they still have something to prove.

I vaguely remember her from that series, and I'm not seeing the connection at all.

I just looked her up and it sounds like she's always around 16 years old. I just get the impression that the Tekken continuity is just completely and utterly fucked.

And either way, it's obvious that asari have slightly less stringent views on what is considered appropriate. I mean, look at some of the stuff that regular asari wear, plenty of boob and belly windows in their dresses. And is a hair's width of midriff really enough to completely write off the character?

I actually kinda like PeeBee's outfit. I reminds me of something a female character might wear in an early 90s film set in a post-apocalyptic 'near future.' When they were making movies like Tank Girl and Hardware and Escape from L.A. where all the cool people wore lots of leather. I think that might be the look they're going for with her.

Anyway, back to our even more mysterious friend Liam. Tom "Scott Ryder" Taylorson had this to say in a recent interview: "Wait 'til you guys find out about Liam. I just loved any time we got some of his stuff. It just made stuff pop and I was like, 'oh, so this is this relationship. I got it.' Not that it wasn't in the writing to begin with, but, just, his spin on it and everything. It's awesome."

The context here is that he was talking about how great it would be to do scenes with the other actors present, because he really enjoyed getting to perform in response to another's recordings if they did that scene first (as opposed to just the director reading lines to him). Not much to go on, I realize, but it does make me really eager to hear his VA - even more so than before

Well, apparently the rumors about why Aml Ameen walked off the set of Sens8 season 2 was because he got into a huge argument with Lana Wachowski after he refused to do a scene where his character had gay content. If you know anything about Sens8, his character in Season 1 was the only guy who wasn't involved in some level of gay content. So, and I know it's totally speculation that he's involved, but if he were the voice actor for Liam, that would be a pretty sure fire sign that Liam is a straight character.
