Solas, like Liam, was so well written, that I never saw it coming and that made him AWESOME. My poor Lavellan was devastated. I love Solas and DAI for that reason, if any. Funny thing is that I played the Solas romance, knowing full well what would happen, still ripped my heart out. Cullen might be might favorite DA:I, but Solas got all the "Feelsuh" I don't know who I hate/love more: Weekes for writing it, or Epler for animating it. It combined to being one of the most beautiful and poignant bits of character interaction in a game. Some folks have said it feels like a Solas-romancing Lavellan is the cannon Inquisitor for the game, and I agree on the basis that the romance subplot with such a major character just feels natural. Like you'd read that in any story you picked up off the bookshelf. It adds just that little bit more to the whole thing. Though it is also why I was happy to treat myself to a fairly light and happy romance with Liam. At least one of my BioWare characters deserves a happy ending.  |

I'm wondering what themes the DLC's will have if we do get them. Usually we get smaller ones first, sometimes with stuff that wasn't even hinted at in the game (like JoH or descent, wth did that come from?)
So we have the Quarian Ark, Benefactor, Mom Ryder, Jardaan and still have to deal with whoever took over after the Archon failed.
I can see Benefactor and Mom Ryder being grouped into one DLC and Quarian Ark maybe being the last big hurrah DLC, like Citadel and Trespasser? But then I'm thinking that after the poor reception of ME:A that they want to start with a big bang. So Quarian Ark first or maybe even an expansion with everything in it? Mass Effect never got an expansion, so i don't think that's gonna happen.

It's been said before that there are reasons (legal/financial) why they don't say anything. I am keeping up the hope for a DLC until the first week of September (I believe that's when the next book is released) and if we haven't heard anything by then...well. I am really going to be disappointed if they don't do one.  Source |

As for speaking priority on the archon ship, it came up earlier in this thread and I tried to search for it so you could also read other people's responses and get more out of the conversation, but the search isn't working for me on this thread. I do have a copy of all the squad speaking combinations for when Ryder is revived. Liam/Vetra

Extra info about that particular mission: Based on speaking priority, Squadmate A will have the dominant speaking role while Squadmate B has the supportive responses. Liam will always be Squadmate A unless he's paired with Cora. She is the only one with higher speaking priority here. Squadmate B generally will express support in saving the krogans so if you want to hear Liam do this, bring Cora along. Squadmate B also will be the one to make a comment on how proud they are of the salarians for their quick thinking in switching bodies. The one exception is Jaal, who is unfamiliar with salarians, so Liam will fill in for Jaal here if they are grouped together. |

Gilsa Thanks  I did remember the chat, but the search was uncooperative . Sounds like Renata will be locking in before meeting the Archon. Which is good, because there is a dangerous Reyes on the prowl. The datapad is in the sniper room before the two Hydra's. Judging from the comments the squadmates made it was some sort of recruitment thing. It's not that important, but it teased me by making the little sign on the screen like it had been recorded, but I have no idea where it would be. Anyways, thanks again
