Asked this in the Cora thread as well, but now that we know we'll have loyalty missions like Mass Effect 2 and with all the information on PeeBee what does everyone think her loyalty mission will be like?
I'm guessing it will have to do with retrieving special remnant tech or something very personal that makes her feel more connected to the squad, (especially Ryder) though since she seems to be a bit of a lone adventurer I can't think of what that kind of mission it would be.

Asked this in the Cora thread as well, but now that we know we'll have loyalty missions like Mass Effect 2 and with all the information on PeeBee what does everyone think her loyalty mission will be like? I'm guessing it will have to do with retrieving special remnant tech or something very personal that makes her feel more connected to the squad, (especially Ryder) though since she seems to be a bit of a lone adventurer I can't think of what that kind of mission it would be. I'm thinking we may see something similar to the DA:I approach here. Each companion had a loyalty, but they also had 'fetch loyalties', I guess you could call them. Like Varric's red lyrium, Dorian's venatori, etc. I believe in one of the trailers we saw a quest for investigating Remnant tech for Peebee? I'm not quite curious enough to go check again but I agree that fetching remnant tech will probably be apart of her 'fetch loyalty' if they go that route. I hope the romance leaks are true and that everyone will be able to enjoy our blue nerdy adventurer  One thing I just thought about was PeeBee's drive to join the initiative. I looked at her quote and it certainly sounds like she wanted to adventure, but by the way they described her, it sounded like she didn't want to be in the Milky Way Galaxy anymore. I wonder if it went beyond just adventuring, maybe she had a problem that occurred and this is her fresh start because if I remember correctly there were still unexplored places in the Milky Way correct? She could have just explored there. Maybe she had a travel buddy that meant a lot to her and that person got killed so she decided to join the Initiative to be able to continue her adventuring without ever reminding herself of it. I don't think the she could have known about the remnant tech in the Milky Way either unless someone from Andromeda came to the Milky way and that's what sparked the Initiative to go specifically to Andromeda so that interest couldn't have driven her to joining. Or maybe I'm just thinking too much into it and she was like "Going to another galaxy, where do I sign up?"  |

Hello everyone! I've been busy and only lurking for a while but I'm super excited with Peebee's news! Pelessaria is actually a cool name... But her nickname already grew on me, I wonder if we'll be able to tease her about it on game. About the Peebee sounds like Sera discussion, her VA described her as "pure joy", now, that wouldn't be the first thing I'd think of when talking about Sera  Also, Peebee is open minded, Sera had her views and they were set, I wouldn't describe her as open minded either. And Peebee wants the new, the different! Sera sounded scared of the truth, because it was different from what she believed in. I wanted to know if Peebee has a positive outlook in life, if she wants to make people feel good sometimes, by laughing at her jokes for example. I'd like to have a character with views like that  What do you guys think? |

Completely forgot that they said that  And they said the loyalty missions were like ME2 so I imagine they'll add layers to the characters like we did with Samara, Garrus, Thane etc. I hope they will be longer though. The ME2 loyalty missions really helped get me to sympathize and love all the characters in ME2. If MEA is going to be a really big game, I'm thinking they'll have to make up for it somehow. That remnant facility was beautiful and the atmosphere was full of suspense so I'm confident PeeBee's mission will be really great. Her VA talked about her getting to be attached to the squad and Ryder over time and I think it's going to take a bit more than just gathering Remnant tech to do that. I'm thinking we'll encounter some trouble within the facility where we kinda show PeeBee that it's not so bad to work alongside others rather than be a loner. The PC gamer summary said there's no big, overarching threat so I'm thinking they'll be much more focused on developing the characters' as people rather than plot devices such as what happend with Liara. We'll also have a lot of banter and interaction overall this time around so even if the loyalty missions are short i'm thinking the interaction and dialogue throughout the game will make up for it. |

About the Peebee sounds like Sera discussion, her VA described her as "pure joy", now, that wouldn't be the first thing I'd think of when talking about Sera Also, Peebee is open minded, Sera had her views and they were set, I wouldn't describe her as open minded either. And Peebee wants the new, the different! Sera sounded scared of the truth, because it was different from what she believed in. I wanted to know if Peebee has a positive outlook in life, if she wants to make people feel good sometimes, by laughing at her jokes for example.
