It doesn't. And when something is obvious they should just confirm it.
And one other thing that makes me sad is why people need a dev tweet to the point they start personally attacking the devs on twitter for validation of what is obvious. Twitter has been...not so great today. At first people were excited then people got irrational and things went pretty bad.


Back to PeeBee though, what other locations in the tempest do you think she will be?

I understand the m/m players frustration tho and if there is even a shred of truth to that leak I'll be incredibly disappointed with Bioware. That's some real regressive BS right there. Still, I don't condone anyone harassing Bioware employees via Twitter no matter how annoyed/disappointed one might be. I've been disappointed with some of my options in the past, never felt the need to flame on Twitter tho, I just got all my cries and bile done here lol. I'm expecting to continue this tradition with Cora. *still hurts*

I suspect every character will at one point or another be in every room of the Tempest. It is a small ship after all and each one will interact with the others. 

Think lexi and peebee will have conversations on the tempest like the squad conversed in ME3?

Hopefully we'll also be able to intervene in those conversations if we so chose to and give our input like ME3 or maybe get in actual conversation mode and get more than support this or that.

Another thing I'm wondering. Do you think our Ryder will be mind melding with peebee much romance or otherwise? I see her as just not doing it much because she's not all too into "embracing eternity" though I'm not sure what kind of ecstasy or whatever they get from that so I don't know she might do it at least with a romanced Ryder for that.

TBH the only way I'll feel fully sated is once I have the game in my grubby little hands.

I bet so. Maybe because of the comparisons, but I'm thinking/hoping that when we get a final interaction from Peebee as an LI before the final boss, we get something sort of like Isabela's in DA2.



See, this gives me an idea.

With asari maidens, it's said that they usually go through their wild years with one of two ways: by joining mercenaries or being dancers. Liara did neither, and Samara was a merc. What if Peebee was a dancer in one of those places like Afterlife and Purgatory, using it to help pay for her degree, or just because she enjoyed it? From the way they say she's very flirty and uses her wiles to her advantage to get what she wants, that seems not that improbable of her.

I can already imagine the scene, where either at Vortex in the Nexus or, more likely, at in one of the more underground places in the planet that Kelley has kind of taken hold of, we see her chilling out at the club there, watching the dancers and she talks to us about how this takes her back. Of course there would be a flirt of Ryder saying, "I think I'd want to see you in action" and Peebee would answer back, "Oh I bet you would! Maybe if you're a good little boy/girl, I will. "

I can see both sides to this:

On one hand, I remember being slightly outside the fandom (or at least late to the party) just as the romance list for Inquisition dropped. You had people who were PISSED that Cassandra was only romanceable by male Inquisitors and that Vivienne wasn't romanceable at all, to the point where it made the fandom meltdown a little. On the other, after a while, the matter sort of...dropped; people are still salty about Cassandra not being into girls, of course, but after a while, people focused more on the romances they had. 

Of course, correlation doesn't mean causation -- it's possible the same thing will happen this time without a list of romances. From what I understand, Inquisition was a rarity in dropping info on all the romances down. 

But still, at least we'll know for certain in about five weeks. It can be hard to contain ourselves sometimes, but remember five weeks is but a drop of water in comparison to the five years.

I would say she is still in the middle of her "wild years". Not saying I can't imagine her dancing, but she seems to like action better. Not much new to find when you spent your days wiggling your ass in a seedy bar. Maybe if she started some barfights to lighten the mood, but she would hardly have kept her job for long in that case.

I can see that too -- I'm not saying that she would be the perfect dancer for one of those venues, just that she might know some moves. I dunno, I just thought that might be a detail about her character that might make her stand out -- and admittedly, maybe it wouldn't stand out for the right reasons.

Anyway, another detail I just heard in Eurogamer's YouTube video. Apparently continuing Bioware's love of adding references to it in their games, Peebee's alcove on the Tempest will have some Plants Vs. Zombies plushies as little easter eggs.

Not sure if this will be addressed in game, but Neil said PB is around Liara's age. Did u choose that age based on her character?

Clarification: Peebee is descibed to be adventurous. Was she made young to fit that youg asari (maiden) description or not?

Are people still concerned about Peebee being a romance option for F!Ryder? Everything we've heard about her would suggest she is. The most convincing reasons being:

It's a very very very... very safe bet she'll be available for F!Ryders.

I'm more concerned about the depth of the romance. She might be one of the ones that are mostly casual and very physically based. Which I find about as uninteresting as the entirely sexless ones.
