The guy playing was not good. This I can tell you. The gameplay looked OK though. The cutscenes and accompanying dialogue were heavily edited for spoilers so it was mostly just gameplay and banter, and even some of that was cut off by the guy ploughing forward and triggering the next thing, cutting dialogue off mid-flow. Some people seem to think that PeeBee is too immature, others find her endearing. Basically what you'd've expected given the info we've seen so far. Watch the Sera comparisons intensify now.  Undoubtedly, but really she seems to be her own brand of quirky, played more lightheartedly, and well, there's an element there that never came up with Sera in the whole of DAI. The probably ex-girlfriend and definite rival. From what we've seen I've not noticed the underlying problems of identity and acceptance that you can sense with Sera. Too soon to say on that score, though. |

How'd she sound? Was she quirky, a little srs? if you want to get a (very slight) feel for her voice. I think she sounds quirky, a little "busy" and focused and she gets a lil mad because reasons. Hmm, I'm conflicted. I am curious to see how she reacts but, yeah... gonna avoid it tho. Would rather experience it properly in game.  *Yay me, for sticking to my guns.* |

Alright so, if Kalinda is Peebee's ex... She's like Marjolaine kinda, right? Except probably a little less antagonistic. It's hard to say. The level of animosity on both sides is hard to gauge from that little video... though calling Peebee by her full name when she clearly doesn't like it, and then egging her on during the mission... hrmm. Could be anything from "slightly bad breakup" to "shoot on sight." Started? They have hated her since the first reveal(the ea play one) and its just so sad. I have no problem with liking hated characters, embrace your inner hipster friends.  As a fan of Sera, Bull, and Zevran... I concur.  |

Started? They have hated her since the first reveal(the ea play one) and its just so sad. I have no problem with liking hated characters, embrace your inner hipster friends. I wouldn't say she is hated, but this being the first time we really see her in action leaves me with a negative first impression.
She basically kidnaps Drack and Ryder, and risks their lives in a crash landing with no way off of the planet's surface until her rival/nemesis shows up in shuttles that can land on the surface.

Actually I still have no clue what the quest was literally for. There's no context  You'll get to hear Peebee's voice... See her a bit in different shots... You know you want it |

I can't help but feel that if Shepard had done what PeeBee did, he would have been labelled as a badass that doesn't play by the rules. Shepard did have a fair few moments where he was a dick in the original trilogy. Of course, because we're on the other end of it, it does show PeeBee in a negative light. I'm going to reserve judgement until I see the context of the situation. My main gripe was that Ryder didn't seem bothered by it at all. It's one thing to have a casual attitude toward your team, but to have such a casual attitude about what happened seem a bit "hand-wavey" to me. |
