Scott Ryder 'BroRyder' (Official Thread)

I know this sounds odd but one thing I always regretted was not getting into the default male Shepard. There was all this beautiful artwork of Shepard + Kaidan and I could not enjoy it as much because I always had a custom male character.

I think this time I'm just going to use the default (with minor tweaks if possible), at least for my first playthrough". He honestly looks pretty good.

In any case there hasn't actually been anything worth discussing solely to do with Scott for a while. The thread was dead until the face model was revealed. There just isn't anything else to discuss that isn't delegated to another thread or that hasn't already been said.

Anywho, there are enjoyable pics and there are not so enjoyable pics. Steven Brewis almost naked would fall in the first category. 200% in the first category   

My first reaction when I saw the trailer(s) was "he has no neck " lol (I'm talking about Scott)... But so far Bioware has always had good body models for their games so I'm not worried. It must have been a weird combination of light, outfit and you know... game being developed.

Now as for the ones who are *really* crying about the pics here.
First of all, the same bs-ers never complain about female pics in other threads. That's not only hypocrisy it also shows a little something about their character (or lack thereof) since they are obviously incapable of differentiating between their own bias and reality but still push their sanctimonius bs on others.
Second of all, they are entering trolling teritory with gusto since they are:
1. making a way too big a deal out of nothing;
2. add nothing constructive, fun or otherwise relevant to the topic. (and yes, Steven Brewis model pics are very relevant to the topic )

Just scroll past the fucking pictures. It's not that serious.

Now we have pages of people crying because they had to scroll past pictures that made them "uncomfortable." The irony.

lol .. get over yourself and stop derailing the thread by constantly highlighting how much your sensibilities have been offended by something as harmless as a couple of shirtless pics. 

Frankly, the fact that you specifically mention "boners" leads me to believe it's less about the images and more about you being uncomfortable with gay guys talking about someone you plan to play.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt though.

He's Scott Ryder's face model so it's relevant to the thread. People wanted to show what he looked like, and considering he's an underwear model and almost all his photos on Google images have him without a shirt on, it's almost inevitable that those are the ones that get linked. People aren't compelled to use spoiler tags, even if it's best, because it isn't spoilers.

So deal with it.

Just scroll past the complaints. It's not that serious. 

Pictures are harder to ignore than text since they are bigger and a single image rather than lots of small characters put together. 

Pretty much fucking this. Peebee and Sarah's thread are filled with guys photoshopping Shrek and shit onto Peebees face and calling her manly, ugly, etc. Calling Sarah ugly, childlike etc.
Yet no one complained about being "uncomfortable" or having to scroll through pictures.

Get the fuck over yourselves.

Guess what? If i visited those threads more, i'd do the same damn thing i'm doing here. But guess what? I care more about the player character that i'll be as then i do the squad so that's why i'm here. Everyone in here is sure quick to assume things about people's motivations. 

They swap back and forth between Scott and Sarah Ryder for trailers so we will be seeing Scott at the NVIDIA keynote.
