Sara Ryder 'SisRyder' (Official Thread)

I will  likely do playthrough's eventually with the default names but my early playthrough's I'll likely be changing. I've got a few names in mind I'm thinking about and I think I've kind of settled on the one I'll use first but I've not decided 100% yet will likely wait and see what I can do with the CC first.

I'm certainly keeping Sara's name for my first playthrough. This is something I've always wanted for Bioware games, so having the chance to see how much (or little) of a difference it makes is great. If it's good enough, and we can name our saves, I might only use default names in subsequent PTs too.

I'll probably go with the default name for my first playthrough, but I never use the default faces lol. In all my subsequent playthroughs I'm sure I will change the names too. I can't have like 5 Sara Ryder's after all XD 

I have to say that I am looking forward to the CC. I spent nearly all 10 hours of the EA Access trial of DA:I making characters.

I think this time I will try and use some of the Trial to play the game, probs using default Scott, so I don't get trapped messing in CC like I did making faces that matched the female voice actors voices . Full game is when Sarah will be unleashed upon Andromeda!

Although now we can customise both imagine the reactions of the other sibling while if they talked to each other while you were doing it and it took a few seconds for the game to catch up xD

Imagine if you will, this:

Scott wanders past Sarahs room on the way to the Cryopods with Alec and sees her pulling faces in the mirror and playing with her hair, he calls to Alec and asks him to wait.

Scott: Sarah. What are you doing? We need to be ready in like ten minutes.

Sarah: My hair won't go how I want it to! *she grabs her ponytail* Do you think I should have short hair?

Scott: I don't think it matters. We are getting frozen for like six hundred years, not going to a fashion show.

Sarah: What about my nose do you think its too big?

Scott: Turns back to the door and peaks out to see Alec* Dad can we leave Sarah behind, shes acting weird.

Alec: No, now get a move on. Freezing at oh eight hundred. *Alec leaves*

Scott: *Turns back* WHAT THE HELL! How the... Sarah?

Sarah: What? Don't you like it? *she smiles*

Scott: How the hell did you do that so fast?

Sarah is now blond, has short hair, blue eyes and a smaller nose.

Sarah: Uhm... you know what, I don't actually know it just kinda happened. *shes looks around to grab her jacket and turns back* WHOA! Scott what's with the Afro?

Duncan: Why are you calling me Scott?

Sarah: I don't know. Come on Duncan. Dad will kill us if we are late!

I imagine it will be like the DA:I one.

Free reign up until a certain point, in DA:I it was around the Hinterlands (if you did sides and explored to high heavens (Don't get distracted xD)). When the timer expires you get stopped playing.

Its basically the full game installs, and then you get a message basically saying "You have 6 hours left" etc until it runs out, then you get "YOU SHALL NOT PASS" until you get the new game.

But you should be able use as many Ryders as you want in that 10 hour period up to the cut off point (if its like DA:I) and all the stuff you do would carry over to the full game (once again if like DA:I)

No Problem, I retyped what I posted a little as when I re-read it, It suggested something else.

When I said certain point, I meant if you did everything. E.g. You could easily sink 4-5 hours into the Hinterlands and Haven in DA:I if you did everything. If you just did main aspects I imagine you could get quite far in the game (I didn't as I spent most of the trial in CC )

I really want to see CC ;;

I have my heart on Mirai Ryder having a bob cut. I need to know if that can be a thing.

Also, anyone making their FemRyder an engineer? That's my first run and my favorite class

Yeah, I really want to see the CC in full (for both Ryders) too.

I'm thinking of having an Adept, Infiltrator, and Sentinel FemRyder.

I think all 6 classes are fun to play for one reason or another. Looking forward to seeing how they work out in MEA

I'll be keeping the default name too, since I've heard it will be dropped in game now and again.

Lately I've been listening to various interviews Fryda has been giving to fans, I like her, she's pretty hilarious and easy going. 

Not if they shout out the wrong name tho.
