I take point 8 as "no, no quarians or volus (et al) in ME:A, but worry not, they'll probably be back for future installments". I had already made peace with the fact that quarians might have been gone, so this is pretty encouraging.
Not sure how to feel about 1, though. Being more of a blank slate is better for RP, but is usually comes at a cost of a blander character. Shepard and Hawke are in the sweet spot for me in this regard, leaving ample room for RP while being a strong character on its own. I hope they pull this off well enough.

As I said before, I don't think the blank slate is related to personality and background, but about Ryder's experience and achievements. Expecially because the blank slate part is followed by 'at the beginning of Andromeda' which can further lean towards the experience and achievement part of the blank slate.

Is it a rock from Earth or the moon? Shepard gave a rock to Tali on Rannoch I like the idea of it being a chunk of the ice/rock shell (icy moons/comets always also contain some amount of rock) that encased the Charon Relay before it was discovered.

Yeah, I guess that makes sense. I hope that's the case.

I was called Ryder before it was cool... ...I'd love to, you know, be social and things.

That Asari Escape Pods bit Was spoilerville as it gets....agh. Forgive my possible dumbness, but why is it spoilery? Is it a rock from Earth or the moon? Shepard gave a rock to Tali on Rannoch Wow, I'd actually be personally moved if Dad!Ryder's rock was from the moon, since my Real-life!Dad wants me to bring him a moon rock No pressure or anything.I like the idea of it being a chunk of the ice/rock shell (icy moons/comets always also contain some amount of rock) that encased the Charon Relay before it was discovered. That's also a really good idea, considering Alec's history

My guess is someone is thinking something happened to their Ark.I like the idea of it being a chunk of the ice/rock shell (icy moons/comets always also contain some amount of rock) that encased the Charon Relay before it was discovered. That's also a really good idea, considering Alec's history Well he was there when the Alliance first flew past Charon Relay so maybe he was also there when they thawed the relay.
