Yeah, but Turians aren't necessarily unattractive to most people. They're nice enough looking to appeal while still being alien and exotic. Also, The Angarans are clearly meant to be a more attractive race. What with those eyes and the pretty skin.... Oh I'm sure people can find Turians attractive enough, I just don't see how Salarians are any less attractive. Angarans are more conventionally attractive than either, fair enough.

Possibly, though if he is a romance I see it as being more one of those that doesn't involve sex or at least left ambiguous on that front. They are essentially asexual so not interested in that, but have been shown to be capable of being involved in long romantic relationships. Asexual my ass Mordin loved "reading (in bed)" with Aria T'loak no less ("I broke Omega's one rule - in more ways than one!") Don't think that was all platonic (they kind of would fit well together, too - the STG-Spy/Scientist and the Crime-Boss (both know how to kill and aren't afraid to kill somebody, but both aren't unreasonable either!) greetings LAX Not only is this joke getting very old, but it's never even been funny to begin with. I'm pretty sure that when Aria says don't fuck with me, she's talking about her leadership and that Omega's one rule basically means following all of her unspoken rules. She's not the common dumb neighbor girl, I wish people treated her more seriously. But I think the worst part about it for me is everyone pretending to be dense enough to interpret it that way just so that they can make this cringy joke. On another topic, I find salarians attractive, I've started the Mass Effect games with the third one and I didn't know any characters in there, so obviously when it's like that, the only person you feel close to or interested in is the main guy you're playing as. However, whenever Mordin was on screen, I couldn't get my eyes off him. Didn't care for the sexy turians or badass krogans. I seriously found him handsome, and I don't usually talk about alien's looks with other people, but I have at least an internet friend who thinks just the same. People don't talk about salarians that much though, so it's hard to know their opinions. Wish Andromeda could change that. Oh, about Kallo being a romance or not, well I expect an asexual relationship or a best friend ship to be roughly the same for me anyways, given what I want from this kind of things. So I won't be disappointed if he's not, I guess.

For me it is more that it is a stupid comment that makes her look stupid. You don't get where she is without reading the people you are talking to. And there is a big chance that a Spectre (or former) will just decide that it is easier to kill her and all her "bodyguards" instead of listening to her trying to be a big shot. I just hope that there isn't any comments like that in ME:A, or if there is, I am allowed to place a Nova in the face of whoever thinks they are untouchable.

Where did you get that I am NOT treating Aria seriously (in fact I LIKE HER CHARACTER GOD DAMNED!), I know she's not just some dumb broad from next door Still, I agree wtih what another poster said: I would have loved to take her down a peg or two (with the option to kill her, not that I would have, she's pretty damned usefull after all and frankly: Omega would probably be WORSE without her!) greetings LAX ps: I think that Mordin thing humanizes her which is a good thing (even a hard-ass crime boss has feelings etc.)

Am I the only one who interpreted Mordin's story as fanfiction? Not saying it's impossible they hooked up, but... the whole gumshoe pulp detective style made it pretty clear that specific tale was most likely made up. Though it certainly suggests Mordin might have found her attractive (and he makes a passing comment at one point on Illium, I believe, about the Asari reminding him of his younger days so who knows?) but... I personally find the idea of Mordin writing a self-insert fanfic about Aria, and then giving it to Shepard to read, way more hilarious. Also, my only problem with the whole 'don't fuck with Aria' thing was that we could only respond with 'I like that' and 'I really like that.' Where I really wanted to tell her to come off it. (I'm a spectre who came back from the dead. I've seen some shit - all of it way scarier than you. So let's skip the theatrics, yeah?) It was just one of those moments where I felt the writers decided I should be impressed by her, so they made my Shepard impressed by her. I did like her character, but in that moment I would've liked the option for my Shepard to not kiss her ass in response to her obvious posturing.

He sounded damn near breathless (not in a creepy way) with enthusiasm while talking about the nomad. I didn't really give a crap about the nomad until I heard him talk about it.

Kallo... why art thou only a pilot and not a squadmate? Really wanted a salarian on my squad. They're some of the most entertaining characters to talk to!

I was watching his vid again, and I just love his enthusiasm! If he can't be an LI, I think he'll be an awesome friend! Maybe one Ryder can confide in. He is pretty much Joker's opposite too. I find that refreshing. I loved Joker but sometimes I just felt he wasn't really listening!

Apparently there was plans for a Salarian squadmate, but, he ended up being too much like a previous squadmate from another game, so they removed him. Also I heard he was removed for time issues, so. But, yes! I love Salarians. I'm glad that, if he couldn't be a squadmate, at least he's our pilot. Joker's role in the previous trilogy was large, so, I'm hopeful that Kallo will have a lot of content.

The minute they said our pilot is a Salarian I was all "take my money!!" Plus he sort of reminds me of Mordin's nephew.

But it makes them awesome. haha

People keep saying this, and I don't know what they mean? Mordin was super pale with some pale-brown markings on his face, and that neat dark-brown marking on his forehead. His mouth is, er, fatter? Thicker? His eyes are narrower and higher up on his face. Kallo's face is narrower in general--he looks younger. His skin tone appears to be pink, with the top of his face--from the cheeks up--getting darker. Mordin's, ah, nasal area, between his eyes, looks narrower than Kallo's, but that could just be the differences in markings the Mordin has that gives him natural contour effect. Kallo's got Salarian freckles.

I mean, Salarians can be other colour spectrums right? Why not choose green or blue or something?

Except for Drack, who's yellowish. ( Krogan have been some of the most diverse species we've seen as major companions.) I mean, we've got another blue Asari, another grey Turian, and another white Human. At least Kallo's pink instead of brown! I don't particularly mind, but, I've see poor Kallo called a Mordin clone multiple times. ( I'd love to see a green Salarian and a purple Asari on our team, as they are my favorite colors. That would be great.)

Why not choose green or blue or something? [ FROWNS] Couldn't the same be said of every companion we have, though? Except for Drack, who's yellowish. ( Krogan have been some of the most diverse species we've seen as major companions.) I mean, we've got another blue Asari, another grey Turian, and another white Human. At least Kallo's pink instead of brown! I don't particularly mind, but, I've see poor Kallo called a Mordin clone multiple times. ( I'd love to see a green Salarian and a purple Asari on our team, as they are my favorite colors. That would be great.) Fair point! I just think some diversity would be very welcomed; at least by me.

Listening to Kallo talk ... there's just something I really like about his voice. Especially when he spoke about the tempest. It sounds like he has heart eyes haha
