Yeah that scene in Clone Wars where Ezra interrupts her duel with Vader and pulls her through the portal in the World Between Worlds....while I was like 'yay! The best character in the series didnt die!😄' I do agree that it kinda does create a problem.
Like Doc Brown said to Marty, and Luke referenced to Rey in a part of the script that was cut from the theatrical release of TLJ.. "it created a point where the timeline scewed into this tangent creating an alternate galaxy far, far away. Alternate for you, me and Leia but reality for everyone else. Now our only hope to repair the timeline and put the galaxy bsck as we know it *mumbles under his breathe* is to get Kathy Kennedy fired and see to it that Ruin Johnson never touches another Star Wars script again.
Uh sorry but isn't that in Rebels not Clone Wars? I will ascertain that if she is still there by years end Star Wars is dead and we need to create a new franchise. Doubt we will have anything nearly as catchy though. Force Wars maybe but that is still horrid.
Yes, you're right of course. It is REBELS, not Clone Wars.

I'm watching Season 3 of Mando and I'm not hating it, though I definitely see the basis for the concerns about Din being sidelined. But it could also go more of an ensemble way, or have Din return to being sole focus (with Grogu) as the season goes on. And the plot involving Bo has been interesting enough, so the show has been okay to enjoyable to me so far.
And then today's episode happened. And now its like the Winterfell zombie fight episode in GoT, for me. So many tactical issues that are ruining my enjoyment:
WHY did Bo not use the dark saber to cut the blast door that was separating the team from Din while he was fighting?
Why did Grogu not use the force on the guys he was watching hold his dad down with ropes and potentially be about to kill him?
Why did Paz just stay on that side of the hole and sacrifice himself instead of retreating to the choke point and shooting the enemy as they came after them?
Why does Gideon's armor now being beskar actually matter at all, especially since he's gonna walk around without the helmet on anyway? I know it doesn't apply to this episode so much, since no Mandos were in a position to do so; but you know he won't be headshot in the future for plot reasons and its just dumb. Srsly, will someone from this tribe of warrior gunfightersjustsnipe him, please???
Its like Oprah was giving away free idiot balls the last 15 minutes of this episode.
As far as the character being replaced thing, I guess the next episode will be the real test of that. Who's pov does the story focus on: Din or Bo? Not to be spoilery about it, but they're in separate places now, so whoever we follow more will be the answer.
Though, I do have to say; Din declared tonight that he had put himself in to Bo Katan's service, past tense. and I *was* left wondering when the heck that happened? lol I mean, I like Bo quite a bit and I think she has the good qualities of a leader that he mentioned. But like, literally WHEN did he do this? Last episode they were partners, if anything. I never got the impression he was a follower of hers' now? When did Din go from space cowboy to sworn knight?
Its another point in the tally favoring Bo as the new MC. Not that he's decided to be her follower, but that the show didn't care enough about him to show him making that decision. He springs it on us at the same time he springs it on her.

I was hoping we might have gotten some more details on the Eclipse game at the celebration event. Been silent since the debut trailer
Sham celebration. It was fake. I grow more certain as each day passes and we hear nothing... Heads may soon roll at Disney. We already got one. 6999 more to go. Kennedy should... better be among them.
I mean.. yeah, I know. But even a broken clock can be right twice a day. I was/am hoping Mandalorian is that.
Either that or I just pretend the show ended with season 2. We'll see.
Unless the clock broke with no hands then its never right.
The second option is better. I hear supposedly from some YT short Favreau has moved on to Ashoka. Like he did when they screwed up Boba Fett. He did the same to the Mandalorian
So Mandalorian season 3 has ended. Overall I feel its quality has diminished compared to previous seasons: acting, writing, direction. It also looked like they rushed the story, trying to finish major plotlines by the end of the season, I doubt we will see Mando #4.

You could be right, but I hope there is more to come.
I agree that S3 wasn't as good as 1 or 2, but I didn't think the quality drop was huge. And certainly not an unrecoverable decline.
The Shadow Council and Din/Grogu scouring the outer rim for Imperial rabble rousers could make for some interesting stories.
It might even be able to make the formation of the First Order make sense.

Given the place Din is left in, I’ve seen the theory that the next season will basically be Din taking up the storyline Favreau had originally planned for that Rangers of the New Republic show that got scrapped. That will basically be how The Mandalorian will start contributing to the Thrawn/Heir to the Empire buildup, I’m guessing.
