First of all, thanks for grabbing and sharing the pics. Now, to the point at hand. The figure on the left appears to be some type of creepy, alien lizard creature that is masquerading as human. It's hiding its terrible face inside that helmet, but I can just see it. Is anyone else seeing this crazy face behind that mask? It was the first thing I saw when I came to that image on the site. It was an instant, "OMG! WTF!?" moment.

My EA account is linked to email address that's overrun by spam already so I'm just going for it. I see we had the same idea. I haven't logged into that email address in at least a year. I have no idea if something's festering in there I should call pest control for.

I pulled it up on my desktop for the first time an hour ago and I saw not one, but two lizard eyes quite clearly! The silhouette of the face is likewise inhuman. I could be losing my mind, no doubt, but that looks like an alien face in that helmet. Could be lighting; could be a BioWare joke; could even be an alien squaddie (least likely). I have no idea.

Everybody else got t-shirts and helmets. I got an email saying thanks we'll let you know when info comes out.
I signed up with three emails and they still didn't give me any info when it came out.
I'm fucking, cursed I swear.

I'm looking forward to that one, too. I want to see them all, really, but the weapons one would be good right now. I want to know if we are still stuck jamming silly thermal clips into our guns in 28C Andromeda. It wouldn't make much sense, and those beautiful landscapes would look ridiculous with clips all over them. By the time we get to module 6, I expect we will have already seen the gameplay demo, and my question may be answered.

I somehow never noticed. 😆 Still, Thedosians using generic bottles makes sense. (The fact that they cover the landscape makes significantly less. Clearly, the qunari or dwarves have a bottle factory, somewhere, churning them out!) Milky Way thermal clip tech in Andromeda... <disgusted noise>!

It's crazy how much that thing dwarves the Arks. According to my calculations the Nexus is at least 15 miles long. I'm not sure how you calculated, but that doesn't sound unreasonable. "F-ing huge" is another estimate I've seen thrown about. Aiyaaa , I don't normally correct spelling errors, because they happen to all of us. (Autocorrect on my iPad is my chief adversary, yet also a convenient shortcut for lazy typing.) This typo, though, is too awesome not to call out, because it's part of our shared nerd culture. You typed, "It's crazy how much that thing dwarves the Arks." Dwarves, of course, are a fantasy race invented by J.R.R. Tolkien, and the word is otherwise not a word. You actually meant "dwarfs". I've caught myself saying this before, so I wasn't surprised to see it typed. I hope you don't mind my pointing this out. I thought it was great in a "yeah, fantasy fans!" way. You guys would think me illiterate or drunk, were I unable to edit my posts, so I certainly wasn't nitpicking the typo.

Thanks for posting that picture! I had seen it before in the masseffectandromeda.com site, but it had letters in front and couldn't dowload with the quality your version had!! I had been looking for it for days. These two companions have appeared several times: tech video, trailers... One of the early leaks spoke of a human blonde and the korgan drack, plus a biotic named Cora (who may or may not be the blonde in question). The female possibly appears in the gameplay footage leak: I believe these two human character will be sort of like Gunny Ashley Williams and Lt. Kaidan Alenko in ME 1 from a narrative point of view, they help to establish the human point of view in the story, prior to introducing other races and other perspectives that people new to the universe may not be familiar with. It was the same in ME 2 (Miranda and Jacob) and in ME 3 (Virmire survivor + Lt. Vega). In my particular case, I tend to go with human characters that have military training as my go-to squadmates, the ones I use the most regularly. I can see myself doing the same in MEA. I think they are not showing their faces yet because they are still working on their final aspect. Just look at the several changes experienced by Peebee since we first saw her in that E3 trailer, with the different features she has in the Tech demo or most recent cinematic trailer. They did a similar thing with Ashley Williams duing the early promotion of ME 1 (2004, 2005, 2006...), she always had her helmet on, with a dark visor. Not only were they still making aesthetical changes to the squadmates physiques, but they actually changed her voice actor in the middle of the production (confirmed by her VA, Kymberly Brooks, during an interview). I think their definitive faces will be shown in December.

3)colony extablishment guidelines "Raise your arm high, and plunge your banner into the ground. Congratulations, you have now founded a colony in the name of the Inquisi- er, Andromeda Initiative! Buildings should appear momentarily." You know that's what founding outposts will be. It's going to be the equivalent of establishing campsite waypoints in DA:I.

I was a bit sleep deprived when I posted that, but truly there's no excuse for a fantasy nerd like me not to immediately know the difference. I think I'll leave it the way it is, because it makes me laugh

I though a few days ago there were total of 5 videos, not 6 but still I think there's a chance they'll put one video at the beginning of every month, except for March. I guess in March they can put two - one at the beginning of the month and the other one a day before game's release so the players can really feel they'll be leaving for Andromeda on the very next day. And some more pics: s6.postimg.org/6bte1n2ld/xlarge_img.jpgs6.postimg.org/lgphz5qsh/xlarge_img_1.jpgs6.postimg.org/pecrokdlt/xlarge_img_2.jpgs6.postimg.org/k47sx9tcx/xlarge_img_3.jpg

You know that's what founding outposts will be. It's going to be the equivalent of establishing campsite waypoints in DA:I. Of course! I expect them to basically have reused all the DAI assets with a different paint job slapped on to make it seem all new. And I'm mostly fine with it. Why not build on what you've established already? No need to blow money on re-inventing the wheel. As long as they fixed the major flaws of that established framework, it's all good in my book. The interesting part will be combat. Are they using game mechanics from, say, Battlefront, and reworking them for Mass Effect? They can't fall back on DAI here, I would presume. That's why I'm so impatient for a gameplay video. I want to see what they did. The question for me isn't how much it feels and plays like DAI but how well they managed to mask it. Judging by the stone pillars in that one desert shot that look exactly like the stone pillars in DAI, I would think maybe not that well.

Well, apart from the main difference which is guns (Ranged battle that requires aiming), the rest is pretty much there... Auto aimed ranged battle: Mage = Biotic powers, Tech powers etc. Melee battle: Warrior = Introduction of new melee weapons in MEA, hammer, sword etc.

It's crazy how much that thing dwarves the Arks. According to my calculations the Nexus is at least 15 miles long. How the hell did they build something that massive in nine years? Plus four Arks!?
