Btw here's the full list of new info/info that otherwise stuck out to me from that podcast, for people who don't wanna or can't listen to it.

- They mention a figure of 100,000 people, but they’re not sure if this is per ark or the total of the whole Andromeda Initiative. Each Milky Way Council race has their own ark “because they have different life support needs”.
- They make mention of an asari called “Dr. Lexi” [not sure on the spelling], who helps out in the beginning on the human ark. My guess is this is the asari at 0:04 in the cinematic reveal trailer.
- [the or a] main character on the first planet: “This planet is trying to murder us”.
- “The story of the twin is very relevant”. It's not a big thing at the start of the game, moreso later on.
- There is a more of a difference between playing as SisRyder compared to playing BroRyder than there was between playing FemShep and DudeShep.
- There’s a “sand worm” on the “sand planet” [presumably Elaaden, presumably a "behemoth" (see below)]
- They mention a place [presumably on Elaaden] called Paradise Sands which is like old ruins where you can find wildlife fighting wildlife.
- The difficult super-bosses on some planets (not all planets have them) are termed “behemoths” and likened to the dragons in DA:I.
- Example of localized hazard on a planet: acid pool. Example of more general/all-over hazard: heat i.e. you may need to stay in the shadows out of the sun, or upgrade your armor to traverse that safely, like on Elaaden for example (harks back to Tali’s recruitment mission on Haestrom in ME2 and the environmental hazards on Mako planets in ME1).
- Krogan on Elaaden seem unaffected by the heat due to their racial characteristics.
- No elevator loading screens on the Tempest
- The opening of the game “really gets the ball rolling quickly” and reminded them of the ME1 opening - you’re on a mostly human ship talking to mostly other humans, then you go down to a planet and see some strange things, stuff goes wrong down there, etc.
- Video introduction to the Kett species to come.

the most interesting part of that to me is sisryder and broryder being more different to play as. different lines? animation? hmm...

my first thought was in terms of character interactions (example: like the couple of times male characters were douchey and sexist to FemShep [garrus recruitment mission in ME2 where that batarian made some kinda stripper comment, that dude who called her princess or whatever it was.. harkin? stuff like that - not necessarily negative stuff like that tho btw. Miranda-FemShep friendship!date in the Citadel DLC is a non-negative example, where they talk about being space-divas]), but I don't know. if they gave more detail on that point I can't remember it, lol.
