Don't sweat yeast. As long as you've got flour and water, you can just pick up what you need from the air.

Since this is a dry run for the zombie apocalypse I did the last of my errands this am and now have dried fruit and nuts and finally found milk powder. (Also grabbed a couple of things i was low on razor blades and liquid laundry soap.) Flour? Salt? and if you're feeling like you need something other than hardtack, sugar? yeast? I bought more flour the other day, even though I had 2 bags. Have lots of salt i also bought yeast and sugar .

Hah! Good thing I don't need any of this stuff... Me neither, I have my own well and the day shit hits the fan so hard I can no longer buy toiletpaper in the foreseeable future is the day I stop caring about the cleanliness of my butt. I'll simply wipe my butt with the clothes of the fallen.

People need to stop going out to eat during a pandemic.
And stop whining at customer service people about it. That will also help you live longer.

Here is my equipment, a new production M65 mask, the exact model I was using in the NBC corps. For filters I use RD40 Dräger P3 A/A2B2X2E2P3, those protect against organic gasses, inorganic gasses and particles to level 3. Particles is the important part when it comes to stopping germs. You'll need at least a class P2 filter, but you'd be better off with the highest class, P3. I also have a backup mask, should my main mask get damaged. Or alternatively its for somebody I care about who does not have a mask. (There is no such person but who knows ) Polenar Tactical released a vid on how to put on a gas mask.

People need to stop going out to eat during a pandemic. My sister works at a restaurant and apparently her place has been deserted all month. She even finds going to work a bit eerie, describing it like driving through ghosttown because barely anyone can be seen walking the streets anymore.
Hopefully normal service will resume soon.

Hopefully normal service will resume soon. Dude, this has just started. Experts say this will only get worse peaking at the end of summer with several millions infected and hundreds of thousands dead even IF the quarantine restrictions work, and it well drag well into the next year. Those hoping/expecting that it all will blow over soon so they can sit in their favorite cafè and have a laugh with their friends again gonna have a bad time.

Hopefully normal service will resume soon. Where do you live?? Here in Germany tons of people are out enjoying the sun. Trying to navigate my dog through all the other dog walkers is hell. Seeing tons of dads with their kids who are no longer going to school. I went to the veggie stand today. Five other people there. That's maybe half of the usual number in the afternoon but still. Mostly old people. My neighbors who are both 90 (!) went out all dressed up yesterday for a lunch or whatever!!! Friday, I admit I went out for dinner one last time with my mom, figuring the chances of infection was still low because we're a small town with no known cases. It was PACKED. I bet everybody had the same idea. One last restaurant visit before they all close down... The kids who are not in school anymore are NOT inside. They're all outside spreading shit like before. Teenagers don't give a crap about being carriers. Highways are less crowded though. So some people aren't going to work at least. And when I went to the doc to get my sick note for my stupid cold that I ordered vis phone call only one person was in the waiting room today. But there's people everywhere and everybody is in a chipper mood. Everybody TALKS about the virus but most aren't doing much to help contain it. We'll need a curfew and law enforcement or something stupid because people don't get it. Online you find all the people freaking out. But my impression is that most people aren't too concerned. Everybody is panic buying, yet actual safety precautions are not being followed. An old man at the veggie stand decided to touch every damn potato in the crate looking for the right size. WTF, man!

Jokingly understating the severity of the situation is what my lot do to cope.
So far we're in "a spot of bother", but if we're lucky, we can prevent it becoming "an utter palava" for as long as possible. The UK.
Loads of places here have started to close, most public gatherings are being cancelled and the schools have been shut down in the past day. It's not so much that people are worried about the virus as much as trying to prevent the spread, so that the NHS won't be swamped by a massive influx of patients.
Not now, they've temporarily closed and put everyone on paid leave.

Culinary survival
It's not that dissimilar what they caught me in intro to healthcare, where they stressed the importance of cleaning the back of your thumb and between the fingers(among other areas) as they're usually the spots most overlooked in handwashing.
