A brothel in Mass Effect Andromeda?

If they're there, then the odds are quests will require that you go there.  Probably quite a few, and usually a main quest.

But that's not a problem.  They're tiresome and lacking imagination, not offensive.

Ryder goes to a space brothel and gets space aids, black screen shows up alerting us of a Critical Mission Failure.

I'm not sure if I'm buying that.  There wasn't a brothel in ME2 either, yet people pine for that game.  It didn't make sense for there to be a brothel in Skyhold -- it was the site of religious military camp.  Sure, there could have been one in Val Royeaux, but that place was a pretty poorly executed "city" to begin with.  DA: I also had the most nudity in any of the current Bioware series, so that doesn't jive with the "games must be clean" thing.

I have to wait to see more about the world they've created in MEA before I can say anything about this.  Maybe there is a brothel, in which case all of the naysayers were premature and wrong.  Maybe there isn't, but it just doesn't make sense given the setting.  We've barely seen anything about the setting yet, so it's hard to say.  Maybe there isn't and they just didn't want to include one with the narrative.  Maybe there isn't and they didn't include it because they felt pressure to make the game "more friendly".  Those are all possible scenarios, so why are people automatically assuming the latter?  Well, in the OP's case, he's already admitted it's because he wants to set up a "SJWs ruined this game" narrative already, despite having no evidence either way.

They need to make brothels like DAO/DA2.

I'll never forget the nugs in DAO or going alone as a mage in DA2 and getting literal traps that killed me.

They're far too different from us. What you see in the Witcher (and now that I've actually played it and compared it to my own knowledge of our folklore) is the western Slavic approach. Canadians and North Americans are just far too different by culture.

I've never seen the depiction of sex "trigger" any videogamers (I'm making a distinction from Fox News-type non-gamer "concerned parents" ). Sometimes how sex is depicted is criticized, but that's a quality thing. However, I've invariably seen the lack of videogame sex trigger accusations of MY BONER IS BEING OPPRESSED. Take Lulzarious, for example (please!).

You know, this might be more reasonable as a request in the DA section. The next DA game is going to be set in Tevinter and if there isn't a brothel I'd be rather surprised.

Out of all of the things to cry "SJW" about, this is probably one of the more puzzling reasons to do so. It's not like they had it in the series and took it out. I can sorta understand the complaint of a few with DA:I lacking the lore reason/time/resources to do a brothel. They barely got VR in and that's more like a few blocks. The series had them in the past.

ME has had the Consort and that's it. There is no precedent for a brothel in the series. Strip clubs sure and you're free to imagine what might have gone in the VIP room.

I swear some folks go out of their way to look for reasons to be upset.
